Amazing place to stay in Santa Cruz! Great home base for our group of 5 to stay. Enjoyed the hot tub, surf boards, bikes, and fully equipped kitchen for meals. Thanks so much for having us!

Host was amazing! We went for my husband’s 50th birthday as he wanted to do the Boardwalk. The property’s hot tub was amazing to relax in after two long days riding rides at the Boardwalk. I forgot my AirPods and Host, Paul, was amazing and found them and was able to ship them home to me. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Amazing location. Cute house. The floors looked clean but left your feet black and unable to walk around barefoot. A lot of the windows were broken and unable to open or lock.

Great property! Walkable to the beach. They have all of the beach gear you would need from wet suits to chairs to boards.

Very convenient location, quiet area but still accessible to main sea front. Hosts are super accommodating, especially with free use of the bikes and beach toys.Would stay again!

Nice stand alone house in a quiet neighborhood. Pretty much as described although the easy walk to the beach was a little more challenging than that.

Terrific location, delightfully decorated and a shed full of beach goodies - what a great place! The Rockhouse was a cozy landing spot for a few relaxing days at the beach. Clear & responsive communication. There were a couple of items (windows, cabinets) needing repair or maintenance, which I reported to Paul. We are likely to stay again.Thank you!

Great location, with all beach-bound amenities provided! Loved the proximity to multiple beaches - we barbecued and made smores in a bonfire pit at Twin Lakes, had brunch at the Crow's nest, hung out at Seabright... Our family had an amazing weekend making birthday memories. I'm very thankful, highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Rockhouse. Easy communication with the host and seamless check in. The kitchen is well equipped and bedding and bath towels etc where fine. The 3rd bedroom is very small with a twin daybed and trundle pull out. We had planned to put 2 adults in it but opted to set up cot in one of the other bedrooms because the room was kind of cramped for 2 adults. We loved the hot tub! Our visit to Santa Cruz was to participate in a 5k/10k event and the hot tub was a welcome addition. I liked the location. Everything we wanted was in easy driving distance. The harbor is super close and an easy walk. Great weekend! Thanks Paul and Kate.

Great stay.

The rock house was great for our family. The shed is well stocked with beach toys and we loved the hot tub. Everything was great.
