Unique charming and cozy slightly funky historic cottage just 3 blocks from the beach and the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. Airy and light studio with queen bed, plus queen sleeper sofa. Spanish tile floors, French doors, white wood shutters, sunny deck, side patio, BBQ, beach towels. Two bathrooms - second bath has an outdoor shower. New washer/dryer. Wireless internet, smart TV. Off-street parking.

Built in the 1920's and originally the neighborhood library!
Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or for a family of 4 looking for some beach fun!

The place is cute and walking distance to the beach, the harbor and the Crow's Nest. The bed was just OK but everything else was great.

Marcy's cottage in Santa Cruz was the most adorable and homey place I've ever rented. I loved all the cubbies, nooks, shelves, and character of this cottage. It was well stocked with everything you would need to be at home away from home. Morning coffee (or tea) on the back deck is a must. Marcy was a wonderful host; great and timely communication and very welcoming.

This sweet little bungalow was perfect for our needs. Close to restaurants, local attractions, and the beach. The host was very friendly and helpful. Will be back next time we plan a stay in Santa Cruz!

Great location! Place was charming, just a bit loud which is not the hosts fault. Would be amazing if bed got upgraded to a memory foam. Stay was great and host was very accommodating. Loved being so close to the beach!

Great location and really cute place. 2 outside patio areas and was always easy to park one of or 3 cars brought in neighborhood. Marcy went above and beyond getting me back two shirts I had left in closet. We will be returning to the library again. Thank you Marcy for a great experience!

House is situated on a street that leads to the beach which is only 3-4 blocks away, so there was a fair amount of traffic noise and loud motorcycles in the evening which was not anticipated.

Great cozy cottage style house just blocks from beach and harbor. Technically one room only though can house a family. Overall very much enjoyed our stay.

This adorable cottage was as described. Very clean inside! A little bigger than it appeared on line. Great location. Well stocked with linens, kitchenware, beach towels and toys. Communication was very good. Would definitely stay again!

Super clean and charming place with a well outfitted kitchen. There’s a nice deli across the street and great dining options in easy walking distance. Easy to figure out TV and pet friendly. All this and a short walk to the beach. Great place!

Marcy’s charming little cottage is in the perfect location for us. We love the Twin Lakes Beach area with excellent coffee shop and places to eat within easy walking distance. Communication with Marcy was great and we really enjoyed our stay.
