Unique charming and cozy slightly funky historic cottage just 3 blocks from the beach and the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. Airy and light studio with queen bed, plus queen sleeper sofa. Spanish tile floors, French doors, white wood shutters, sunny deck, side patio, BBQ, beach towels. Two bathrooms - second bath has an outdoor shower. New washer/dryer. Wireless internet, smart TV. Off-street parking.

Built in the 1920's and originally the neighborhood library!
Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or for a family of 4 looking for some beach fun!

Best rental and location!

We absolutely ADORED this home! The history and charm were the icing on the cake. The location- walking distance to the beach and restaurants and beach shop was PERFECT. We will be staying here again. It was so beautiful and clean inside, too. I appreciated what the house once was and now as the perfect getaway gem!!!

The perfect cozy weekend get-a-way!

Have to say this was a much need family get-a-way we all needed and it was perfect! The house was ADORABLE. We played cards, walked to the ocean, crows nest, coffee shops, small grocery store and just enjoyed everything about it! Owner was super responsive, friendly and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. We would love to find time to go again!!

Charming cottage near the beach

The cottage used to be the public library and is very charming with pleasant outdoor patios. It is conveniently located and well designed. Everything I needed was in the cottage. Great base for a wonderful beach vacation near the marina.

Another very pleasant stay!

This is a very comfortable, well-equipped, and attractive place, which is also in a nice location. We have stayed here before, enjoyed another long weekend, and hope to return!

Great Beach Getaway

Very quaint and comfortable place to stay. It was their perfect getaway with the beach within walking distance. It was equipped with all we needed and felt like home.

First Time visitors to Santa Cruz

This was the perfect little beach cottage for our family of four. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor bathroom/shower was a huge plus with two teenage girls. Close to beach. Communication was wonderful. Highly recommend and will visit again!

Sweet Santa Cruz Stay

This sweet east side cottage is comfortable and very well equipped. The location near the marina and lighthouse offers many opportunities for scenic walks and great places to eat and drink. We had a wonderful stay.

Santa Cruz is a wonderful place to stay in!

The cottage is situaded beautifully within Santa Cruz and very cosy. Marcy was a great host! We would love to return here some time in the future!

Great Cottage

This house is in a perfect location. It was clean, comfy, and has a great little yard. I would definitely recommend this cottage for a getaway.

Adorable Cottage!

This is a great place to stay to experience the beach life in Santa Cruz! Just a few blocks from the ocean, this cozy cottage is a delight. It has great outdoor spaces for reading or chatting with friends. Deke’s is just across the street if you need a filling and delicious sandwich, a soda, or a bottle of wine.

Awesome location

We had a great family stay at the cottage. It is in a great location with a short walk to the beach, a market across the street and a short drive to the broadwalk. Enjoy it!

Adorable Cottage

This is such a charming little cottage! Great location, we were able to walk so many places! It was a bit of a tight squeeze for 3 adults but would be perfect for a couple. There are lots of outdoor spaces too, I would definitely stay here again.

This was such a cute place to vacation. It was close to the water, Boardwalk, and restaurants. The cottage is darling and it had everything we needed. I highly recommend you book!

Lovely place!

This is a delightful spot and we enjoyed our stay very much - very nicely furnished, decorated, and set up, a pleasant outdoor area at the property (we used this a lot), and close walking distance to the beach. We hope to return in the future! :-)
