Nicely decorated, with everything you need to make it comfortable. Walking distance to downtown and also new nearby restaurants (PennePazze, homemade pasta). Covered parking was nice and pool was refreshing and clean. I would stay again. Thank you!

Everything was nice and clean, had no issues on the stay, Host was very nice and willing to help in any way. I really liked the parking being blocked off from the city, made me feel safe about leaving my truck parked for our stay.

Beds are sooo comfy! Kim is very accommodating and responds quickly! Suuuper clean little apartment. Comfortably fit 4 adults!! Will 100% be back just to stay there even if not experiencing Broadway! Relaxing!

Communication with Kim was easy and effective. We had a great time in Nashville and enjoyed the cozy condo on the river. Walking to the bars on Broadway was safe and easy for us. Sitting on the balcony with a morning coffee was really relaxing!The living room was charming, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We would definitely come back! Thank you and regards from Germany!

This was such a nice condo. It was well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfy, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the boats.The location is great easy ride to down town. Kim was an excellent host checking on us to see if we needed anything. It was a great stay and we plan to come back

If you want to stay in Nashville this place is perfect! Just off the main strip with a super quick Lyft ride to anywhere you want to go. The host Kim was amazing and very responsive. We had zero issues here and cannot wait to stay again. Thank you Kim!!

Beautiful view. Easy in and out and plenty of free parking. Well decorated and very comfortable. I’d highly recommend and will stay here again in the future.

Great location just would have liked more kitchen items as we cook a lot. Needed a dish for the oven and a very non plastic items but we understand most people don’t cook on vacation. Over all I would rent it again!

Went for a girls weekend and this was the perfect place to stay. There were 3 of us and the accommodations were very comfortable. The host was great and the condo was in a great location!

Close to Broadway, 10-15 minute walk. We loved having two king beds and two bathrooms. We didn’t cook, but everything was there if you wanted to cook. We really enjoyed our stay.
