Perfect place, great location!

Had a great time at Kim’s condo. Location was walking distance to everything we needed. Condo was just the right size for our group and well equipped. Looking forward to staying again soon!

Amazing location and host

This property was amazing. The host kim was amazing from start to finish. It had everything you could think you would need for a great stay. The location was walking distance to everything. Will definitely be coming back to Nashville and hope to stay here again.

Good time in Nashville

Property was awesome, one-mile easy walk or 8.00 Lyft ride. Kim did a great job with the check -in procedures as well as a booklet inside for wi-fi and Tv instructions. Really never cooked there as the options downtown were endless. Dual coffee pot was really nice for the K-cup fans. Would definitely stay there again

Fun apt. On the River.

The location was close to Broadway. We used LYFT and it was a short ride. Loved the decor it was very fun. The host thought of everything to make it like home. Also, responded quickly to questions. Loved starting the day on the balcony overlooking the Cumberland River.

Perfect Place on the River

This two bedroom, two bath, is in a perfect location about a ten minute walk to Music Row. Very clean, Kim (the host) is extremely responsive to requests and inquiries, and nice personal touches like basics in the kitchen (snacks, coffee pods, etc.,) and bathrooms (hairspray, dryer, body wash, etc.,). Not only would we highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again!

Great riverfront condo with lots of amenities

Convenient location just a 10 minute walk to South Broadway. Condo looks just like the photos and has more amenities than normally provided at other vrbo's! I had a couple questions and host was super-responsive. We are hoping to return to Nashville since there is so much to see and do, and will plan on staying at this condo next time!

So much fun!!

We loved this place and will definitely be back! The river view is amazing and feeding the local wildlife off the balcony was quite entertaining! We were able to walk to Broadway each day and also enjoyed The Gulch and Capital View areas close by... So much to do!!

First time visitors

For our first stay in Nashville we choose Kim's condo. Her place was with in walking distances of Broadway and situated close to Germantown. Her set up.in the condo made it a very pleasant stay. She has thought of everything you might need or forgot, down to the hairstraightener.
