Very nice house. many kayaks, paddleboards, games, 3 large tables to eat at. We got a 24 ft pontoon boat in and out fine for ease of swimming in lake. Great stay overall

The house is beautiful and the scenery from the lake is stunning. The host was great with communication and answering anything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the house felt cozy. It was perfect for our trip!

The beauty of being on the lake with perfect weather made the weekend. The pics looked like you could swim off the dock but shallow and seaweeds prevented. However the access to the kayaks made it great! Calm waters and blue skys! Plenty of room for 4 plus 2 toddlers ! Plenty of supplies. Host was responsive and involved. Much appreciated.

Great location to get away from the busy life. Host is friendly and easy to communicate with. Basic amenities are abundant and everything in the house worked well.

The house doesn’t look like it would have 4 bedrooms plus open space - room for everyone!! Host is wonderful. The view is perfect.

A beautiful home. Probably the best equipped we’ve ever been in. Super calm and relaxing. The perfect place to catch up with our family. Ginelle was a wonderful host. Very easy to communicate with.

Our stay at this cozy lakeshore home was so much fun. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed playing the many board games provided and my grandchildren enjoyed fishing off the dock and kayaking on the lake. We especially enjoyed watching the many birds that visited the lake, some with their newborn chicks. Our thanks to our host who made sure our stay was the best it could be. Excellent property! It was immaculately clean with a fantastic view. The communication with the host was easy peasy, they were always available! This property had a lot of amenities that a hotel would provide. Beautiful location which was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!!

Finger Lakes Fun

Cute house on Lake Canandaigua! We enjoyed kayaking, making s'mores in the firepit under the stars and relaxing on the screened in porch. The house has everything you need for a great getaway! Host was very responsive.

Relaxing Weekend Retreat

We had a relaxing, clean and comfortable weekend stay. One of our favorite things to do in the morning was have coffee on the back porch and watch the wildlife on the lake. Restaurants and shops in Naples were close by, we went hiking at Grimes Glen to see the waterfalls. There is so much to do nearby and/or just stay in and enjoy the lake views and unwind. I can't wait until our next visit.

Quiet Scenic Getaway

The house was clean and cute, located right on the water. The fire pit and screened in back porch were the highlights of our stay. We spent our mornings drinking coffee and watching the water and wildlife. 10 minute drive to Naples and 30 minute drive to downtown Canandaigua. We only stayed for 2 nights, but we will definitely be booking again for a longer stay!

This place is s dream!

We had such a nice time at this lake house. So relaxing! My immediate thought was that it would be a good place to vacation with another family or friends, too. We were there with me, my husband and our two elementary-school-aged kids. Be warned that you will need to bring your own coffee, but the place was clean, well kept, decorated cute and the proximity to the lake is on point! The dock and the back porch were our favorite places to hang out. A great place to see the stars and wildlife. We saw a huge cray fish, a bald eagle and a blue heron, just to name a few! We would definitely stay here again!

Hi Kim Thanks for staying with us and we are so glad you enjoyed your stay. You will have to come back to see the new dock we are installing and we also added some great chairs for the fire pit that you would love. I do stock emergency coffee for those that forget to bring some but unfortunately because you were there in our "off season" I had not purchased any yet. Sorry :(

Quick Girls Trip

Ginelle's property was EXACTLY as described, honestly in person it exceeded expectations. The setting was stunning, we spent most of the evening on the screened-in porch looking at the lake, playing games, chatting, and laughing. It was wonderful! We really appreciated that we had everything we could need and there was enough seating, plates, etc, for the number of people the cottage could sleep. Ginelle's communication was fantastic and everyone in the group wanted to come back with their families or partners. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat...I actually find myself daydreaming about it often!

Great well-equipped house on the water

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The area was very quiet during the week. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the lake. There is a lot of duck weed and seaweed in the water that some people might not appreciate but was not a big deal for us. The water pressure varied and was not very strong. We didn’t mind much but others might. We would recommend bringing bottled water, as described in the listing, there were times that drinking water was not flowing very well. The air conditioning kept the house cool on hotter days. The screened in porch was wonderful. The owner was communicative and helpful and the stay was excellent!

Beautiful, serene getaway.

When we arrived to the lake house after our 12 hour road trip from NC, it was awesome to see the excitement from my family as we arrived while everyone checked out the property.We all were comfortable in the home. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much any dish/utensil you could think of. The views were amazing. We enjoyed waking up to the variety of wildlife while sipping coffee lake side. The kayaks were very much enjoyed by all. My brother, sister and I did the loop around the West River and it was absolutely gorgeous. We also checked out Clark’s Gully at the top of the hill. On some downtime we had fun with the game room. Sat out by the fire a few nights. My husband, 4 sons, brother, sister and I all really enjoyed our stay! There was so much to do just at the house and we weren’t ready to leave. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for providing an amazing place!

The house was a great for a long weekend over Labor Day on the lake. The Ring of Fire Celebration stretched all the way to the bottom of the lake where the house was with neighbors celebrating too, giving the evening a festivus vibe. We took full advantage of the paddle boards and kayaks. We did need to paddle out a ways to get out of the weeds but overall it worked out. Overall a great stay with great access to local hiking and wineries.

This is a really nice property for a relaxing lake get away. The host responds quickly to questions and is proactive with information. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities are provided. The beds and comfortable, the furnishings are in very good condition, and the place is clean. We will be book this property again in the future.

This house was everything as described. Very peaceful, relaxing on dock and around fire pit. Beautiful sunsets. Had fun using the kayaks and just making family memories.Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for a vacation.
