A beautiful home with 4 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms set in peaceful and relaxing setting.

2 Master Suites each with flat screen TVs
1 queen size bedroom
1 bunkroom with 2 sets of bunk-beds

Upstairs and downstairs living rooms are equipped with large flat screen TVs.

A perfect set up for families with children. Generous amount of space to lounge and play. All TVs have cable for your enjoyment.

WIFI is accessible throughout the whole home.

The generously stocked kitchen is ideal for cooking all of your meals. Located in the middle of the upstairs, you won't miss out on any memories.

The dining room provides enough seating for all of your family members. Open up the adjoining sliding glass for wonderful dining experience outside.

There are 10 bikes (7 adult & 3 kids), tennis rackets, and a cooler for picnics or hikes. Easy access to the river for relaxing kayaking trip down the Deschutes River.

Hot tub is situated on the upper patio, easy access.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the tranquil back yard, you will be surrounded by Oregon native plants and a water fountain. The bike path is a few steps away from the patio, perfect for an evening stroll or an adventurous bike ride to the village for lunch or SHARC.

Great house!!

Our group enjoyed this house! It was comfortable, clean and fit our group perfectly. We were very thankful for the AC as it was in the upper 90’s for part of our stay. Loved the two master! I would definitely rent this home again. We had no issues or concerns. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Experience

We highly recommend this property for a vacation stay. We took our family (6 adults, 4 kids ages 2-8) for a four day family vacation and stayed in this beautiful house. We have nothing but positive things to say about this piece of property. It was extremely clean and comfortably housed the 10 of us. The location was also excellent, situated in a beautiful and safe neighborhood not far from The Village and from SHARC. We will definitely use this property on our next trip to Sun River.

Great house in Sunriver

The house was as advertised. Close to river which is nice. Often times rental house bikes don’t work, however, most of these were in good shape which was very nice. The week that we were in Sunriver was unfortunate as there was a lot of wildfire smoke that made being outside difficult at times. Also, the Sharc was closed much of the week due to the smoke. Obviously none of this was the fault of the owner.

Nice stay

We enjoyed the house and its location near to the river. The abundance of bicycles was great, as we all enjoyed riding the bike trails. The house itself was nice and the setup of 1 master bedroom upstairs and the rest of the rooms downstairs worked well for our group. Living room furnature and patio chairs are uncomfortable and old (you practically sink to the floor) and should be replaced. Also, there are parts of the front porch and back deck that are needing to be replaced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Great vacation home

The home was stocked well with all the dishes and appliances we needed. The location was on a dead end street which made it very quiet. Very large which made it possible for family to spread out. Loved the deck & hot tub. The downstairs bedrooms got much colder then living room and kitchen. Definitely would book again.

Spacious stay amid the quiet pines and aspens of Sunriver

We have stayed at this property before and it is one of our favorites. It’s the perfect configuration for us. We had 2 70 year olds, 40 year olds and kids. The house is very well equipped and we love the location.

Fun extended family vacation

The home was perfect for our large family, everyone had their own room w/TVs. The bikes in the garage were a favorite. The SHARC passes are great, but because of COVID, the availability is greatly reduced. The location to the river was wonderful. We had a great time and would recommend.

Sweet place for extended family to gather!

We had such a blast in this Sunriver rental! My kids loved the little water feature in the backyard, and being able to just jump on the bike path steps from the house was amazing! There was even a bike with a child seat attached to it so we could go on longer rides than the 3-year-old could do on his own. The location is also great for wildlife viewing. I'd recommend it!

Nice updated property. Lots of room for our group of 9 to be comfortable. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Christmas

Clean, updated, and the kitchen was very accommodating. I do wish there would have been a tree and some Christmas decor. But that is a very minor detail. Everything was great!

Amazing home and had a great time!

Loved the home, especially the kitchen, great TV and the amenities in the house. Peaceful neighborhood. Bit too indoors from main sunriver entrance but otherwise it was perfect - we had a great time. Very high quality stuff in the house. Really enjoyed our time here.

Quick Getaway

This is a very nice house. We took advantage of the nice weather to bike along the Deschutes River. We were able to leave right from the house. Having two master bedrooms was great.

Disappointed that the AC didn't cool the main living area and the lighting needs to be brighter on the main level but other than that we had a pretty good time

Great for families with kids

Lots of room, located on culdesac so safe for kids on bikes (lots of bikes in garage), well stocked kitchen, close to river and bike paths. Far enough away from Center of resort for quiet feeling getaway

Beautiful Quiet Retreat

We had family of 10 and your house was so accommodating. We enjoyed using the bikes...bike path starts literally in the back yard, short ride to river. House is very clean, enjoyed hot tub and reassuring to know it is checked often for water cleanliness. Kitchen well stocked. Would definitely rent here again.

Nice place, good layout, well stocked

Overall nice house with plenty of room for party of 10, good location and well maintained. We’ve stayed at Sunriver for past 10yrs, this house is one of our favorite.

Great house!

This is our third summer staying in this house. We love it here. It is the perfect size for our family, and in a great location. The house itself is set up well, with lots of room for everyone.

We had a great time! Will come back again!

The property was great. The accommodations were perfect for our group. Location was good. The only picky issues didn’t get in our way of having the best time. Just so they know, toaster only worked on one side. Light in microwave not working. Master chair in diningroom is busted (not us). Bbq had no cleaning brush (we bought and left it). But that’s all! We corrected a few small things, but left with a great impression of the property. We thank the owner for letting us enjoy her great home!
