Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and Folly Pier from the balcony, which expands the entire length of the living room and master bedroom. This first-floor Charleston Oceanfront Villa also features a homey interior decor with sleek wooden touches throughout. Unwind in the living area while watching TV, take a swim in the Atlantic Ocean or in one of the two community pools-whatever you decide to do, there's no way you'll have a dull moment here.



What's nearby:

Beachgoers will fall in love with this location-you'll be mere steps from the beach and emerald waters of Folly Beach! Folly Beach is ideal for water sports; the most popular ones here are swimming, surfing, fishing, beachcombing, and boating. The Folly Beach Fishing Pier is for more than just fishing; it also boasts a full-service restaurant that offers inside or outside dining with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. The Folly River Park (less than half a mile away) is a relaxed and laidback area of the town that offers a peaceful atmosphere. Here you can take in the views of the marsh and the river, sit down and have a memorable picnic and play.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We had the best view of the beach and if we weren’t walking the beach we spent a lot of time on our balcony watching and listening to the people and waves. We went to some great restaurants and shops within walking distance of the condo. We would definitely stay again!

this was a great spot for a beach weekend. we parked our cars once and didn’t move them until we left - an easy walk to everything (pool, beach, coffee shop, restaurants, bert’s). we didn’t cook but the kitchen was well-appointed for snacking and drinking and it was great to have a washer and dryer. loved the balcony. one small note - the machine located at the entrance to the gated parking lot is impossible to read. a bit more info/instruction in the check-in message re the parking would be helpful so people don’t feel frustrated first thing upon arrival. also, bring patience for the elevators :) overall, an excellent place to stay!

Great place to stay... nice and updated floors. Key pad on door ... parking passes weren't available until next day ... my only complaint
