This waterfront 1-bedroom condo offers a prime downtown Wilmington location with a private covered balcony showcasing views of the Cape Fear River, Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, and the iconic Battleship North Carolina. Spend your days strolling the Riverwalk, exploring local shops and restaurants, or head to Wrightsville Beach just 10 miles away for a relaxing beach day. Start your morning with coffee or unwind in the evening on the private balcony while taking in river views and watching boats drift along the Cape Fear River. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of a private washer and dryer during their stay. The condo is located on the second floor and is easily accessible via elevator.

NOTE: There is NO on-site parking available. Guests may use the adjacent paid parking lot, a paid parking deck located two blocks away, or metered parking nearby. Street parking is free on Sundays.

Great Location looking at the Battleship. A lot of nearby (walking distance) venues for coffee, food, entertainment that are also dog-friendly and enjoyable.

Nice quiet area and the property was clean. The view was great, the battleship was directly across from the property. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Hope to be able to rent the same room again.

Great stay on Riverwalk in Wilmington, NC

Great view of the Cape Fear River and the USS-NC Battleship floating museum from our room and balcony! In a vibrant area of historical Wilmington, NC...close to beach, museums, great restaurants, and more. Room was in nice condition...good price for accommodations and area. We had a nice time and were quite pleased!

Great downtown location

Excellent location and accommodations, condo is close to downtown and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this condo and would gladly stay at this location again the next time I'm in the Wilmington area.

Location was perfect! The air conditioner was located in the bedroom and was extremely loud. The bedding and pillows could use an upgrade. Over all it a good place to crash after a long day out.

This condo was perfect for my visit to Wilmington. I liked being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and people watch. I wish there was onsite parking as the deck recommended is costly. The kitchen is adequate, but a Keurig would be nice. All in all, the stay was great and I would recommend.

Perfect weekend getaway!

The room was incredibly convenient and equipped for a weekend visit to attend the Battleship Mini marathon. The condo provided a comfortable place to relax & be able have breakfast before a day of activities. Perfect location!

Great room, great locaction, great view!

The title sums it up! Very comfortable accomodations...surprisingly spacious. Sitting on the balcony and seeing the Cape Fear River in your immediate view and seeing the USS-NC Battleship directly in front of you...amazing. Great location...so much to do nearby. Great deal. I'm so glad we stayed here!

Perfect casual getaway

This place was beautiful! You honestly cannot beat the location and the water view was stunning! The place itself was spotless and extremely comfortable. Yes, the bedroom AC was loud as some other reviews have said, but completely manageable and didn’t bother us at all. Would high recommend staying here!

It was a great property, location was ideal and access was easy yet secure. The only draw back was how loud the ac return was within the bedroom. It would startle you awake at night and made it impossible to hear the tv at night.
