This was a wonderful house to host our family and extended family while we were in town for our son’s wedding. The kitchen is so huge we were able to prepare all the reception flowers. The backyard was perfect to play with our grandchildren. There were so many spaces to gather, we always felt comfortable even with lots of people of all ages. Several people commented on the great house.

Worked great for our family visit that included 6 grandkids ages 13 through 19 plus 5 adults. Close access to rocky mountain site seeing and achieving our goal to attend a Red Rocks Amphitheater concert was achieved. Close by walking trails in the adjoining residential area was an additional bonus.

Loved this home so much, very beautiful! It was perfect for a big family with small children. In a pretty & quiet neighborhood. The host was very friendly & responds fast! Will definitely have to make a trip back from Texas.

We had a great stay in Arvada, CO. The location was centrally located between all the highlights Denver has to offer. We took in a concert at the Red Rocks. Must see! We loved visiting all the small towns nearby. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and was equipped with everything you need. The hot tub was enjoyed by some and crystal clean. If you are wanting to eat in, Edwards meat market down the road was amazing! The host Erin was quick with all responds and gave lots of information before arriving of things to see and do in Arvada. Will be back someday.

Great home and plenty to do there. Erin the host was great with every question and concern I had. Very fast response if I needed anything. Clean and comfortable and special touches throughout the house.

This property was the perfect place for us to stay during our trip to Colorado. Our 3 generation family of 12 stayed comfortably with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was a great gathering place and had all the essentials. The kids loved playing the classic arcade games and watching tv on the big couch. We made many outings to the greater Denver area, from Golden to Aurora, and this was the perfect distance to use as our home base.

Beautiful home, amazing kitchen and living spaces, very comfortable bedrooms. So many thoughtful touches. This was the perfect space for our extended three generation family to stay, cook and share meals, and hang out with enough living spaces to accommodate all. The teens and collegiate absolutely loved the basement. The outdoor space is also gorgeous. Rare is a house such as this that is even prettier and more spacious than the pictures suggest. We hope to stay again!

We were here for a softball tourney and we had 5 families. The house is spectacular and lots of kitchen space and outside space for the girls! The rooms all had hangers and shelving space. The kitchen was full of utensils and cookware. Overall great house and the communication and hospitality of the host was perfect!
