The patio has railings -- there is no access to pool area via the patio. The unit is approximately 1400 sq ft with a fully equipped kitchen and stainless steel appliances all set in granite counter tops with a separate area for washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths. The master has en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The hallway has a tub/shower combo as well.
