The Space:

Rest and recharge or head out to explore the best of the Oregon Coast from this dog-friendly Lincoln City vacation rental. A recently remodeled one-bedroom condo, you'll love its close proximity to the beach and also shopping, dining, and entertainment options in town.



One of the suites within the newly renovated Sandstone Point property, a hilltop condominium complex, this rental is just steps from the beach (nearest access is two blocks away and down a set of stairs), while Lincoln City's eclectic eateries and boutiques are found north and south along Highway 101.



This condo follows an open floor plan, featuring a comfortable living area, an expanded kitchenette, and a single bedroom. On days when it's best to stay indoors, snuggle up on the living area's black leather couch to enjoy a cable TV show. Free WiFi is provided for your convenience.



Take in the ocean sounds from the shared outdoor courtyard, where you'll even find a table and Adirondack chairs for picnic-like al fresco dining.



Speaking of dining, you'll find the kitchenette's updated appliances, assorted cookware, and ample countertops sufficient for cooking most homemade meals. Store any leftovers or restaurant takeout in the mini-fridge. There's even a coffeemaker for a fresh-brewed cup of joe in the morning.



The queen bed in the single bedroom accommodates two, with the fold-out couch accommodating two more, for a total maximum occupancy of four guests. With a small nightly pet fee, your dogs can even join.



You'll find many fun day trips from this great location. Head one mile south to Siletz Bay for clamming, crabbing, and wildlife viewing, or go a bit farther south (about 10 miles) for seasonal whale-watching in Depoe Bay. Devils Lake (two-and-a-half miles north) has family-friendly activities including kayaking, boating, and stand-up paddleboarding. Reserved for the 21-and-over crowd, Chinook Winds Casino (five miles north) has gambling.

It is a nice small studio, immediately next to 101 (a little noisy), and at least 5-10 minutes walk to the beach (down and up a steep hill, so not good for people with limited physical abilities). It is very close to a public beach and small shops, coffee place and restaurants. The studio does have a full kitchen and excellent amount of coffee, but nothing else (hotel style), so bring your salt and oil if you plan to cook. WiFi, showers, bed - all are wonderful! They are really very dog friendly!

Good communication. Clean room. Easy to find. Close to a lot of fun things. I liked the kitchenette. Annnnnd.. that's it.There was glass in the parking lot from someone else's broken car window.The listing said there was a leather couch. They misspelled hard, uncomfortable cloth futon.The TV screen was broken. But if you want to watch the broken TV, there's nowhere comfortable to do it. There's just the very small uncomfortable futon.The smoke alarm went off randomly in the middle night.There's no air conditioning. You could open the windows and get a nice breeze, but there are no screens. Just a large two story drop that lets bugs in.The toilet handle sticks and runs, the bathroom lights are rusted and falling down. The towels were stained.I should probably stop there. There are much better places for less around here.

The entire place, all 3 rooms are very slanted. Like one side of the building has sunk about 6 to 8 inches. Extremely dirty and broken (literal pieces missing) floors. Dead bugs everywhere , especially in the 2 flights of stairs up to the room. During the 5 days spent there, (we left one day early), I was never able to find anyone in the office. The final jewel in this crown of disappointment was while checking under the bed to make sure we didn’t accidentally leave something behind, seeing all the dirt , hair , dead bugs and the package of silicone lubricant under the bed. Beyond disgusting! Slanted floors is one thing, but IMHO, I don’t think the room has been properly cleaned in months. I will be looking elsewhere if I ever visit Lincoln City again

I liked the location since it was close to the beach. Another nice part is that housekeeping staff replaces a towel. However, their office is always closed, but you can request through expedia message. Plus, this place needs a window screen. There is no A/C in a room so you need to open the windows. Trash cans outside the building needs a lid since crows keep attacking the trash can and making a mess.
