Our 10 day stay was a totally positive experience. There was a couple of maintenance issues that were dealt with immediately. Niti was a great communicator. We would definitely visit again!

We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the beach was awesome ! Having the beach chairs with the condo was a nice plus. Wish there was more elevators, we went in April so not at the peak season so not too bad of a wait. Would use this condo again.

Great location! Very clean condo and spacious. The beds were comfortable. My family and I have been going to FL over 20 years and we have never had such an amazing communicative Host. Niti is very quick to respond! Would recommend for everyone to stay here!

Condo was great for the price. Loved splash resort. Always felt safe with security being seen constantly rounding grounds. Condo clean and great view of the ocean. I would suggest replacing carpet in bedroom to tile. Seems old and worn out. Also curtains on slider doors is dirty and has lots of holes. We couldn’t close the door in the bedroom going to the bathroom. It’s a slider and seems to be stuck in the wall. Those are all minor that can be fixed. Condo had all the basics needed.
