Located in the heart of the Outer Banks at Kill Devil Hills, this home has easy access to the beach, shopping, dining and nightlife. It is conveniently near the Avalon Beach Kitty Hawk Bay Boat Access. Only 1232 Feet to the beach access. Your Vacation home awaits you!

New for 2019: Awesome Theatre Room with 110" Screen w/ Projector, Surround Sound, Blu-ray player with streaming apps, Seating for 6 plus beanbags.

Top Level:
This home has an open floor plan with Kitchen/Dining/Living Room.
The full Kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances needed and an Island Bar with bar stools.
A Beautiful dining room table has seating for four and can extend to six.
There are two sofas in the Living room, one is a Queen pull out sofa bed. You will enjoy the large flat screen TV.
Down the hall is a full bathroom with tub and shower.
There is a door for interior access to the downstairs Washer/Dryer room.
Two bedrooms with Duo Bunks and flat screen TVs on the right.
On the left is the Master Queen suite with a full bathroom (tub and shower) and also with a flat screen TV.

Ground Level:
Garage for storage of the 2 adult bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas.
Access to the Washer/Dryer room and to the upper level.
Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and a dressing room.
The carport hosts a porch swing and a picnic table.

Nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, lots of great things we just have small kiddos and wish it was closer to the beach. Theater was great !! Also east unpacking and packing up with outside lift for belongings

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was larger than I thought it would be. It is a few blocks from the beach so if you have kids you need to drive, because the highway is very busy and crossing wasn’t really an option. I definitely would recommend this house and would stay again.

Great week

This property was a great value for our family. It easily accommodated our family of 6 and our small dog. The movie theater was a big hit and still can walk to the sunset. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner and some basic pantry items would have been nice. Overall. a great week for our family and appreciative of the time we were able to share!
