The house is easy to get to but on a nice quiet road. Such a good location, close to so much. The home was clean and very nice and the beds were nice and firm, great quality!

Very nice accomodations. We enjoyed our stay. It was very close either walking or by car to all places. Two minus comments: No grab bars in the showers, and the cooking pots and fry pan warped from being overheated on cooktop and rust on the interior bottoms. All should be replaced. Otherwise very good. Thank you.

The house was as pictured. Very new and clean feeling. Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Normally a quiet area except they had construction going on from 9am-5pm (even on Sunday). They did warn me ahead though. It would fit 4 people comfortably. Wish the family room had some more relaxing seats. Bathrooms had plenty of storage and cool mirrors. In the main room was a makeup station which was much appreciated. Lots of high-end touches. It does have parking spot, but we didn't drive. Walkable to most all that Ballard has to offer.

Very clan and neat accommodations. House has all new furniture, bedroom and bathroom accessories. Quiet neighborhood that is close to downtown. The host responded to a minor issue within 20 minutes. Couldn't ask for more.

What a beautiful, bright, clean, comfortable house! Our host was responsive and helpful, the communication with her was great. The house is in a quiet urban residential neighborhood, with a coffee shop, pizzeria, several breweries, and a bottle shop within easy walking distance. There's a park with a playground a few blocks away as well. There's convenient off-street parking, even.Everything about the house is nice, but I thought I'd also mention that if you're a tall person, you will be thrilled with the bathrooms! The whole house has high ceilings, and in the bathrooms those are used to the fullest. If you're over 6', you won't have to duck to rinse off the shampoo. You won't have to bend down to see yourself in the mirror. You won't be able to see over the shower curtain or worry about water splashing over it. (I'm not tall, but my brother is, and I've heard all the stories.) Don't worry, it's comfortable for those of us in the lower 5' range as well!All in all, an excellent place to stay in the Ballard area. If we need to come back, we'd definitely stay here again!

Great location walkable to breweries and donuts! Easy to drive to Ballard farmers market and all the Ballard shops/restaurants. Cute house and very comfortable for our family!

Thoughtfully designed to maximize space, comfort, and privacy, this is a wonderful getaway in Ballard / West Woodland. It worked well for our family of four (including two teens, one on the pullout couch) and -- unexpectedly -- our dog, who Bella kindly accommodated last-minute when other plans fell through. We were able to walk and Lyft to whatever we needed, enjoyed exploring the Ballard area, and had a comfortable respite in this two-bedroom, two-bathroom house!
