Highly recommended this recently renovated bungalow. Location can’t be beat, lots of parking out front, has all the amenities, and the most comfortable King bed. I will definitely stay here again on my next Prescott trip.

I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the property. The home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything needed, making it easy to settle in. I could walk to downtown events and shopping from the property. The check-in process was smooth, and the host provided timely answers to questions or concerns that I had. The only drawback was that the backyard was filled with weeds, not grass. The weeds in the front yard were trimmed while I was there, but I had to walk through the weeds in the back to take out trash and recycling.

Very nice property. Very clean and comfortable. Jon the host was excellent and responsive. There was a lot of rain and the yard became overgrown with weeds. Jon said he would send the landscaper. The location is perfect, walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Some outdoor furniture would be nice. All in all a great 3 week stay with no issues.

Jonathan is a great host!He always replies to my requests and/or questions very promptly either via text, email or phone calls.The Bungalow is very convenient to many things here and walking is a breeze to all places without having to use our car. It is a very cozy, comfortable, clean place and I would highly recommend staying at Jonathan’s Bungalow!!The Benson’s

Great location - 5 minute walk to all the action. Host was great with quick communication. Will stay here again!
