Check in process was easy. Got a parking pass for the duration of our stay which was nice. House was super clean when we arrived! Had no issues! Loved the golf-front property! And the trolly picks us right up outside to go to the beach. Perfect location to so many different things!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thoughtfully appointed with everything needed. Nicely furnished, everything worked well, and appreciated the owners attention to details, such as labeling all switches and a well stocked kitchen. Some rentals have mismatched everything, not the case here. Location an easy walk to Harbourtown and trolley stop in front. We only stayed 2 days, but could see ourselves settling in for several weeks or more comfortably. Dwell Vacation rentals did an outstanding job of communicating and responding to questions. It is a second floor unit, for someone with mobility issues that could be a factor bringing suitcases up and down a flight of stairs. An overall fabulous stay!
