An absolutely beautiful location just a little off the beaten path.It’s a boat so it’s a little like camping, but the shower is solid.Host Steve was kicking around the marina, and is a prince of a man. Enjoy!

The house boat is an amazing spot to relax. Steve is an amazing host. I had a great time and would recommend the space for everyone who wants a quiet time away from hectic life. There is everything you need the boat is thoughtfully put together. A true gem!

What a really fun escape for my daughter, 31 and I, 60, To just sit outside on the water and look at the bridges, boats and colorful trees was relaxing. Sweet Pea is a cozy lil’ houseboat. The bed is so comfortable! We slept like babies! We stopped in the restaurant & bar, Castaways on the premises Friday night and so glad we did. The food was surprisingly good. They had karaoke night. The atmosphere was so much fun! We drove to Rhinebeck, Kingston and Poughkeepsie…. Loved all these towns close by. We ate, drank and shopped! What girls love to do! LOL! Thank you Steve for sharing your little piece of heaven! So happy we came!Only one suggestion I will make is … fixing the doors so they lock … I know the area is gated after 9 pm but leaving the boat with all our belongings during the day worried me. I would have felt more secure with locked doors. Well … thank you again Steve. Much success with your lil’ Sweet Pea!

A magical experience. Very peaceful and relaxing. The amenities were good, and even though we stayed during a storm we felt very safe.
