Breathtaking Location

The house was perfect for our stay. It's located on a quieter section of beach. We could watch sunsets rise over the ocean in the morning and then set over the intercoastal in the evening from the rooftop deck. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

Family Time

This is a lovely home, plenty of room and the beach just outside the door. We would love to go back this year. Everyone had plenty of private time if they wanted, and lots of family. Thank you for renting to us, the kids and grandkids are still talking about it.Karen and Ed Satterfield

Great experience.

The property was as advertised. The multiple decks made for some great morning and evening spots. We were VERY happy with the accommodations and would be happy to stay here again.

5 Stars at the Stars

We have been coming to Topsail Island since 2014 , this is our 6th visit and hands down this was the best rental we have ever had...house was very up to date and the rooftop deck was excellent with new furniture and decking.. They advertised starter supplies and they meant it, unlike all the other properties that we habe rented.. The owners are very kind and quick to respond if needed..theirs sons stopped by too see if we needed anything AND gave our kids tips on how and what to fish for.. Easily, the rent rate an 11 out of 10!!!!

Sisters Weekend

Really enjoyed one long weekend. My only complaint is the number of stairs my 73 year old arthritic body had to endure. Other than that, we had everything we needed and the view from the three decks was spectacular.

Right on the Beach!!

God’s Grace is perfect if you are looking to be right on the beach. We had a wonderful stay. The owner went out of her way to accommodate our last minute reservation getting us into a rental a night early. We will be back if life takes us to Topsail again!

Another lovely stay at this beach house

This is the second time we've stayed at this beach house for a few days after Christmas. Everything was clean and comfortable, and communicating with Amy could not be easier. The beach is lovely in December.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful townhome!

Great property and location!

Everything was as it was portrayed in the listing. Very nicely updated home and very comfortable. We love that section of North Topsail Beach and have vacationed there every year for 18 years. This was easily one of our favorite beach houses we’ve stayed in. Our family enjoyed the house and had a great stay!

Beach is PERFECT

The location is fantastic. Nice, quiet beach. Layout of the house is perfect for a family- the first floor is open and easy to "hang out".

Great December get-away

We enjoyed five days at the beach in late December. The weather was wonderful - sunny and warmer than we expected. The property was as described - clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a plus being able to include our dog in the stay - she loved the beach as well. The decks were gated which made it very easy to enjoy visiting outdoors with the dog as well. Communicating with Amy was easy and she was very responsive to our needs. Thank you!

Perfect Getaway

Wonderful, long weekend at Stars. Property was clean and well organized. Plenty of cookware and kitchen aids. Beds were comfortable. Covered decks were great for early mornings and evenings. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful duplex with beautiful views!

This place was beautiful! Highly recommend. Great location. Views as advertised. Very clean, well appointed and lots of space. Just be mindful that my partner and I are 60+ and in pretty good shape otherwise the stairs would have been a deterrent. Also the neighbors on the other side of the duplex were pleasant and quiet which helped as well. I can see how a large family would really love staying there.

Second time here - great house

Great location and clean house. Layout is great - well-equipped kitchen, open layout. Nice quiet part of the beach. The host Amy always is very responsive. Look forward to a third stay!

AMAZING!!

Not quite sure how to sum up such a perfect vacation week! We could not have ordered better weather. It was our first big vacation to the beach in years due to COVID. We couldn’t have chosen better. The house description in regards to location, cleanliness, amenities was spot on. There were no surprises. The owner, Amy, was just simply lovely to deal with! There were a couple minor things that we pointed out to her and everything was dealt with promptly, efficiently, and professionally! The check in process was seamless. We even were notified that we could have gotten in a couple hours early but were traveling from out of state so that didn’t work out for us, but cool that it was a possibility. The house was well stocked. We used her suggestions on the check in information for what needed to be brought in and felt we had everything we needed. The food lion in Sneads Ferry was very convenient. The beach was gorgeous. Only people there were people in the neighboring properties. Did not feel crowded or cramped. We got to enjoy the tide pools. I have 3 small kids that thoroughly loved the beach and ocean and that added a bit of safety to allow them to explore the ocean without needing to hover on top of them. We even got a visit from the dolphins our last morning!! Just an absolutely amazing slice of paradise. We could not have been more thrilled with our stay. We absolutely plan to return. Do not hesitate to book with Amy!! You will not be disappointed. Happy vacationing!!!
