With beautiful mountain views, just a short distance from Rocky Mountain National Park, across the from the 18 hole golf course, and just minutes from shopping and dinning, this beautifully appointed one bedroom one bath condo is perfect for a couple or a family of four. Enjoy morning coffee or a meal cooked on the grill on the patio as you watch the abundance of wildlife go by. Take a jog, bike or stroll just out your front door. The bike path/ walking path are just a few steps away. Estes Park Lake and marina are near by and boasts activities from paddle boating to fishing.

Almost perfect stay

The condo was great. The only complaint if there has to be one is the bed was hard and not enough pillows as they were a little flat. That is us really really really nit picking tho. I would recommend this stay for anyone.

Excellent value; Great location with a Free Summer Shuttle!

This place was perfect for my stay for my 2+ week stay in Estes Park. While I was there mainly for climbing and hiking, and had a rental car, the place is also at a Shuttle stop for the Silver Line, whose route takes you around the area with several stops (I believe the Shuttle is seasonal). The apartment was clean and quiet and perfect for my stay. The price makes this gem one of the best values in Estes Park. Thank you, Steve!

Very nice, very well kept.

Nice condo and awesome price! Check in and check out was easy and hassle free. They had a pack n play available for my baby, and it was a perfect place for our family to stay while in Estes Park for a wedding.

The property was perfect. Loved the porch area, the proximity to town, the neighbors and Elk rutting was informative. Our hosts were so very helpful and we hope to use them in the future. We are in love with the Rockies all over again!!!❤️💙❤️

Wonderful Stay

This property was a wonderful place to stay for our vacation in Estes Park! It was beautifully decorated, was nice & quiet, & had everything you could possibly need, & more! It was close to everything we wanted to do including two entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park, restaurants, & downtown fun! We’ve stayed in many rentals over the years & this one was the nicest. I would recommend this rental.

Estes Park condo

The apartment was clean and kitchen was nice. We thought the lock box for the keys was a little tricky, but okay once we figured it out. The mattress on the bed was “creaky” but overall comfortable. The owner asked that we start a load of towels before we left, but we didn’t see any laundry detergent. Overall we enjoyed our time in Estes Park.

Excellent visit!

Very nice, clean condo for the 2 of us! Had everything we needed & was in a great, quiet location. Saw several elk grazing on the property’s lawn the first morning of our stay! The bugling bull elk were commonly heard in the area. What a lovely time to visit with the beautiful fall colors & the elk rut!

Clean comfortable apartment.

Clean nice place. Comfortable bed. Quite area. Allow time to wash towels and dishes when you leave. Easy access to Rocky Mountain NP, where we had great hikes.

Very comfortable

A perfect first floor condo near the Estes Park golf course. A very quiet, tastefully decorated, clean and well equipped home that is perfect for a business or pleasure stay. All the furniture and kitchen supplies are brand new. The covered porch gets the sunrise and the afternoon shade. I frequent Estes Park for both business and pleasure and hope to stay here each time.

Perfect in every way!

I have stayed in dozens of VRBO properties and I was pleasantly surprised by this one. From the cozy front entry to the deck with an awesome view, it was perfect in every way. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The linens and towels were really good quality, better than any hotel and the bed incredibly comfortable. the kitchen was well equipped and the dishes and glassware very nice. I will be back and will be sure to recommend this condo to my friends. Thanks for letting me enjoy your awesome place!

The place was very clean and fit us perfect. Was a bit disgruntled at first because of no a/c, which should be specified in listing but after the first evening it was just fine. Was close enough to everything and very comfortable. I would recommend putting in "house manual" about the fans available and how to run, specifically the portable cooling unit and #'s for the local transit. But all in all we had a great trip with great accommodations!

Summer getaway

Great location, clean, didn’t realize couldn’t use small gas grill on patio so got a note in the door. No big deal was just confused seeing all the grills on the other patios. They also didn’t want anything besides the patio furniture on the patio so had to keep cooler inside. Pull out couch could use some tlc but my son made it work. Overall great stay.
