This recently renovated second floor unit has a fully stocked kitchen with a balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, it has pool access and a pull-out sofa that allows the unit to comfortably sleep 4. It is conveniently located on the desirable west end of PCB in the Polynesian Village condo complex which is only a half mile walk to Pier Park Mall which has countless restaurants and activities.

I love staying at any property at the Polynesian Village for the location and how not crowded the beach is. super convenient for shopping and dining at my favorite places in the area, too. This unit specifically was super clean and comfortable and more updated than the last one i stayed in. My only suggestion would be adding a roku or streaming device in the living room, we would've liked to watch some of our streaming services on the tv before bed but it honestly wasn't a big deal or necessity for us. great place and hope to be back next year 3

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in Panama City Beach! It’s just steps from the beach with private access, which made everything so convenient. The condo itself was clean, stylish, and super comfortable. We loved how close it was to the pier and Pier Park. The pool was very inviting, and the neighbors were extremely kind. We felt safe and right at home the whole time. Rhonda, the host, was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. Would definitely love to come back!

Rhonda is an excellent host! The condo is very comfortable with an incredible view of the Gulf. The location is perfect if you are looking for low key vacation with attractions, restaurants and shops near by. A home away from home feel. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The unit was clean and very nice. The location was perfect - right on a very nice beach. The view from our balcony was great. The owner was great about communicating that the unit was ready early and any other questions we had. We were very close to many activities, including the pier and mall; and many restaurants. We would stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway

This condo was a perfect weekend get away for us. It is remodeled, and I love the king bed option. Hosts were very easy to communicate with.

Everything we needed

Just the right size for our family of 4. Excellent view of the beach. Comfortable bed. Overall a nice vibe of feeling at home. Host was very helpful and friendly.

Great location

Only 300 steps to sit in the surf! Clean, older property with a great host and on site caretaker. This was out first time without a washer/dryer in the unit, and we really missed that (they have them on site in the common area).

Spring Break 2024

We could not have asked for a better condo to spend our Spring Break. Rhonda was a great host and answered all of our questions promptly. We were able to check in early which was a huge bonus after driving from Michigan. The condo had everything we needed plus some. (beach chairs, extra linens, comfy bed, nice patio furniture) The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals at home. The beach is gorgeous and not overly crowded even during the peak of spring break. Dusty’s oyster bar across the street has a great happy hour and the best oysters!

PCB 2023

This condo was the perfect size and location for my husband and I. The unit was very nice and offered the perfect view of the ocean. The beach was rarely crowded as opposed to the larger condos beside us that had tons of people. The owners let us know the condo was ready early, which was greatly appreciated!

Wonderful Stay

Very nice place. Had a great time and no complaints. Owner really does a great job communicating with details etc and even notified us that we could check in early since the condo was ready. We couldn’t show up any earlier due to travel time but it sure was a nice gesture. Great experience here and will rent again.

Another lovely stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at Rhonda and Tom’s place ‘Fifty Fifty’. This unit is in an excellent location, within walking distance to pier park and steps from the beach. The view from the balcony is spectacular! We love watching the beautiful sunsets. Communication was excellent. Thanks again Rhonda and Tom.

Everything we expected & more! 🤩

The property manager & on site overseer of the property were beyond amazing. The rental was extremely clean, updated, equipped with all kitchen needs, the AC blew snowballs. We were skeptical of the shared coin laundry but it was no issue at all (download the app!) But,, the views were simply breathtaking. The beach access couldn’t have been better and proximity to Pier Park & restaurants were stress free. Overall, A++ We are looking at future dates already!
