Oceanside Vacation Rentals is Excited to once again be managing ABC Cottage. This property has a unique ranch-style floor plan with 2 Master Bedrooms with a King Bed. Each Master Bedroom with private bathroom (with a large walk-in shower) located on each end of the house. This property opens up into the Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Room Area perfectly set in the heart of this home. You will really enjoy all the extras this beautiful 4-bedroom 3-bathroom home has to offer during your stay.

Both Master Suites are spacious & furnished with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom features 2 twin beds, 4th bedroom with a queen size bed and desk area w/ seating.
The rest of the home has an open concept for Living room, kitchen and a formal dining room. New hardwood floors have just been installed in the home. The living room will lead you out to the back deck/patio area with additional seating for up to 6 to 8 guests. The back patio is partially covered and has a propane Fire-Pit & propane BBQ.
Hot tub is set into the deck, perfect to relax after a long day at the beach. Beautiful backyard has a picnic table and is so private you can enjoy your time together in this quiet neighborhood and fully fenced in yard.

Close to the Beach & Necanicum river - great for crabbing, clam digging, walking the Prom, or just BBQ on the back deck area. With this property being centrally located in a residential part of Seaside with just 1 1/2 blocks off the Beach & Promenade You will want to come back to this home time and time again.

This home will also accept 1 small non-shedding pet may be considered - Pre-Approval to have pet is required at the property. A puppy of any breed/size will not be considered/accepted. The exterior of this property is monitored by Blink Home Security System.

* When putting in your reservation request - please make sure to include the breed, approx. weight, & age of the pet you would like to bring to the property.
There is a $35 pet fee per pet per stay that will be included in your reservation if it is not already. This property also has a $50 Hot Tub fee included in the reservation.

Great house for families

We had a wonderful stay at the ABC cottage. We stayed with my 3 children and parents and there was a bed for everyone. Two master bedrooms with comfortable beds and large bathrooms was ideal. Fenced in yard for our dog (extra small dogs could possibly squeeze under front fence). Large stocked kitchen and everything was clean and ready to go for our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Family Getaway

I booked this house to have early Thanksgiving Dinner with my sisters family since we won't be together for the Holiday. IT was a nice area with a covered deck and hot tub. It was nice to have a warm dry location to hang out since it was rainy in early November. There was quite a little storm/wind two of the nights. The hot tub was decent, but leaves from the trees around the house kept blowing in to the hot tub. The propane fire pit is nice to sit at on a cold morning or night. We were able to cook all of our thanksgiving foods with what was in the kitchen (other than two items we added to the assortment). My only complaint would be that there is only enough seats for 6 at the dinner table and only enough living room seats for 7. We made it work. The location was perfect.

Great property and location

This is a big comfortable house with a large fenced in yard for your fur friend. Just a couple blocks off the end of the prom, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It checked all the boxes for us and the two master suites are a real bonus when traveling with an extended family group. Lisa and the property management company were super responsive to some maintenance issues and save the day when we accidentally locked ourselves out. All around great experience.

Beautiful home in great location!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. It’s conveniently located just a few minutes from Seaside downtown. I would highly recommend this house to our friends.

Great for a group

Two masters and comfortable 3rd and 4th bedrooms made this ideal for our family get together. The house was clean and convenient to downtown and the beach. The only constructive criticism I can offer is that we found the propane fire pit had an empty fuel tank when we went out for a fire. It should not be the guests responsibility to take a 20lb tank to a dealer and fill it using their own money, only to use once or twice and leave the rest behind. By the time we went out it was too late to fill it anyway. Also please ask that towels be left in the washing machine instead of the drier so guests don’t have to wait until the end of their wash cycle before they can depart. Those are the reasons I took off one star, everything else was great

Great rental

This is our 3rd time renting this property. Each time it gets better. We love this house with the 2 master suites. Lots of room and stocked well. The back deck with the propane fire pit is our favorite feature. Lots of marshmallows roasted! Will be back again next year!

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful stay, the property Management was very communicative and gracious. The property has great amenities and is very clean and well stocked. We had five adults, two kids and a dog and everyone had their own space, it was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Location is a couple block away from beach and shopping outlets. Will stay again as we attend the basketball tournament every year.

Coastal jewel

We had to find a new house to rent after the one we had reserved for almost a year was canceled due to septic issues. We found this house and it was absolutely perfect! Honestly it was a blessing in disguise. The layout was perfect for our group and the family space was open for chatting and games. The rooms were all very comfortable and we all enjoyed the large kitchen! I had talked to Kim prior to our check in and she was so amazing and kind. She was quick to respond to my questions and I really enjoyed our banter back and forth. She seemed like a really cool person! Thank you Kim for all your help with the reservation and making this trip a real success!!

Spacious House

We had a great stay at this house - it is laid out well. We had 3 couples, and each had their own area of the house. Our two sons were with us, and their room was near ours so we could share the shower and bathroom with them. The other two couples each had their own shower and toilet. At the end of the day, the hot tub was very nice. Overall a wonderful house. About a 15 minute walk to the Seaside Aquarium, and 20 to the Promenade.

Family Beach Vacation

This was our second stay at the ABC cottage. The house is clean and in a great location. The kitchen is fully stocked and very organized. Our only complaint is with the propane tanks. On both stays, one tank has been empty. It would be great if an extra tank could be available at the home and if it weren’t the responsibility of the guests to refill the tanks. Other than that, we love this home!

Seaside Stay

We loved the house and especially enjoyed thback deck, fire pit and hottub. The house was a perfect distance from the beach and town, very quiet and had everything we needed. It waz clean and spacious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Well-Appointed Property

Excellent location and property. We will look for an opportunity to return to the ABC Cottage. Our 8-night stay was enjoyable. This single story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach house has a very functional layout. While it’s an older house and likely sees a good number of annual rentals, with a few minor exceptions, the owners have furnished and maintained it very well. The gray vinyl plank flooring throughout is ideal for a modern look and easy beach maintenance. The property has a dog friendly fenced front and rear yard. The hot tub on the rear deck is older but we found it clean and it functioned just fine. The covered portion of the rear deck has several cushioned chairs and a propane fire table which also works well. We were a party of 5 adults and two young children. All bedrooms and baths were nicely furnished and comfortable. The rear master king suite has a cable TV and DVD player. The front king suite has a very nice walk-in double shower. The living room has a cable TV and DVD player, and a comfortable power reclining sofa and matching love seat. In the kitchen, the appliances work well and the kitchen is well-stocked with all the essentials and more. The staff at Oceanside Vacation Rentals are professional, very responsive and excellent communicators. We appreciate their service.

Christmas at Seaside

Enjoyed our Christmas stay. Weather was very stormy and we lost power a few times. But we were warm and dry and played games and watched old movies by candlelight. Very nice memories!

Comfortable home away from home

Easy to find, quiet neighborhood and lots of room for 3 couples. Hot tub wasn’t available for our stay, but the property management called us before arriving to let us know. Nicely stocked with all the basics, only needed to bring our groceries!

Ideal Family Ocean Getaway

Fabulous location! Short walk to beach! Nice layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It says it sleeps 9, and if you have a toddler or baby, it would, but with 2 king beds, one queen, and two twins, it actually sleeps 8. Extremely well equipped kitchen! Great patio out back with hot tub, bbq, and gas heater-unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy it because there was no gas in the bbq or heater. Hot tub couldn’t be used after 9 pm. (City ordinance.) We did have a wonderful time and enjoyed our visit exploring the beaches, clam digging, sight seeing, and visiting the shops and restaurants. Always had a quick response when I contacted the host. Check in and out process was easy. My only complaint is that it needs a thorough cleaning. The bathroom with the walk-in shower was dirty-large clump of hair in the shower, tiles needed scrubbing, baseboards dirty. In the bedroom with the low king bed, the ceiling fan had so much dust, it actually hung off the blade. Wall in bedroom hallway needed cleaning and kitchen floor looked clean, but when I wiped up a water spill, the paper towel was dark. Towels also smelled old. Suggest white towels that can be bleached. Would definitely want to visit again once it has been cleaned thoroughly.
