Another great year at Lamoka Lake, our 6th annual vacation there. The cottage was in good shape and well stocked. Brian was again a good host and very helpful.We plan to return in 2027.

Excellent property, small but perfect for 3 adult females. Amenities were working and just what we needed. View was spectacular. Host was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend.

Brian was really nice. Area is quiet pictures are pretty accurate. The house sits in the left side of the road and you have to cross the street to get to the dock. Street is quiet so safe for kids.Only complaint is WiFi is week. Kayak was nice but pretty heavy to drag to the dock, we did not try the boats, there is a 2 person and a 3 person boat. We were able to go fishing in the docks and got some sunfish and even got a pickerel pike using just corn as bait.Thanks again Brian

The host Brian is a super nice guy. He lives next door and is available for anything you need . Very friendly and accommodating. The house is small but feels cozy. It does have a musty odor but not over powering and clears out with the windows open. If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful spot this is a good place. The lake is acrossed the street and accessible for fishing. Only thing to be aware of is access to food. We didn’t plan well and struggled to find decent food in the immediate area. You can drive about 20 minutes to Watkins Glen if you want a nice sit down dinner otherwise there’s a small bar down the road and an old fashioned diner a little further with basic foods. We may return again!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's lakefront property. We loved the dock area at the waterfront and being able to dock our boat there. The property was advertised and the owner was very nice and responsive to our needs.

It was just what we're looking for we took our grandson for a little vacation from Tuesday through Thursday Wednesday we went to Corning for The Glass Works. The place was clean it would have been nice if the DVD player worked but I didn't mention it and also in the shower they could just tighten the shower knob so that you can select the temperature properly. Other than that five star. The owner was on site next door told us anything we needed just get a hold of them and take care of it. Excellent fire pit in the back the owner gave us some wood we were able to do our s'mores. The docks are Immaculate with seating to watch the sunset my grandson also caught a footlong northern pike. Good time all around.

Perfect family vacation!

My family and spent a week here and loved every minute. We went fishing, went canoeing, grilled dinner and had campfires. Owners were very accommodating and helpful with fun things to do in the area. We all felt like we were at home and can't wait to go back again!

Lake Weekend

We had a great long weekend at this property! The host, Brian, was very nice and helpful. There were several wineries around and the fishing was great!

Family trip

We had a great visit. No lock box but the door was open and the keys were inside. The location was perfect, within a 15 drive to Seneca Lake and Watkins Glen. The views were incredible from the porch and dock. We would def stay here again.

Great place, great location

Owner was great and very accommodating. Very nice lake front for adults and kids. Fire pit in backyard and lots of wood available to make those s’mores. Location is also great halfway between Watkins Glen and Hammondsport.

comfortable little cottage and very nice dock

Brian's a great host, greeted us on arrival and offered his assistance in anything we needed. The dock was perfect for my boat and we enjoyed some good fishing on the lake.

House seemed small but accommodated us 5 all FULL grown men with no problem. Pier was nice and bbq a couple of times and hung outside often. Brian was very accommodating and cheerful. I enjoyed my stay and would go back again.

Beautiful spot

Nice cozy cottage right on Lamoka Lake. We enjoyed sitting out on the dock with our coffee. Clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful host.

Great little house for a small group of people the house was very clean,the house had everything you would need in it.The lake is right there The owner Brian has many boats to use on the beautiful lake my husband caught fish,Brian also told us about other things to do in the area which we did.We had a great time and would come back.
