Upon your departure please leave gatefob in the unit. A $50.00 fee will be charged for lost fobs.

When returning from the beach, please remove sand from your feet, legs and short pockets before entering.

Cars require guest pass,
Pool key and gate fob, for your use, are hanging together by front door
Please use the gate FOB for coming in and out of the gate during your stay(the code used for your arrival is for check in only)
Please help us conserve energy by closing doors & windows to the rooms where A/C units are on.
Turn A/C units off when you leave the house
Do not use laundry detergent with bleach/oxi, it stains our towels!
Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits before entering the house and showers.
Guests are expected to maintain house in good order during your stay and at departure.
We offer maid service for additional fee. Please contact us for information.
Please take trash out to dumpster by parking area
Additional cleaning fee will be charged for extra cleaning time if house is left in disarray
Hanging of towels on lanai rails is not allowed
Skateboarding on grounds is not allowed
