Spanish Main - Oceanfront Beautiful 3 Br/2 Ba Condo, Direct Ocean Views!

If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the beach, this is the place for you! This three bedroom penthouse condo with direct ocean views is located in the heart of Cocoa Beach in the Spanish Main complex (unit 71). Walking distance to local restaurants and shops. Redecorated in 2019, it has all of the comforts of home with a 65" TV in the living room. The Spanish Main complex has a unique 'U' shaped design with the heated pool in the center of the complex with a view of the ocean. Wireless internet access in the condo, at the pool, and on the beach! The unit sleeps six with three spacious bedrooms with 2 Kings and 2 twin beds. The Spanish Main complex is very quiet with only 4 stories (with an elevator) and approximately 70 units.

Located in the Spanish Main condo complex a short .5 mile walk to downtown Cocoa Beach where there are many great restaurants and bars.

Whether you are vacationing with the family and want to enjoy the beach and pool, or are looking for a fun beach getaway with spectacular sunrises and plenty of bars and restaurants you can walk to, this is a perfect vacation rental.

What a view! What a place!

the property was amazing! everything we needed, great beds, wonderful layout. We all agreed it was one of the best places we've ever stayed - and that is really something. Thank you for giving us the chance to watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning and the moon on the waves. I hope to return one day

Beach, wildlife and food

We had a great time and the property and location added to it. The ocean was just a few steps away, we watched turtle nesting and saw babies. Had great food and didn't have to drive too far. We missed a launch but did get to watch them getting ready for one. The condo had everything we needed and was super comfortable. The beach did not allow driving and was not crowded. Sunrises were fabulous. We will definitely return.

Comfortable, Cute, and Clean!

The unit is great - super comfortable and feels like home! My husband and I were there with 3 of our kids and everyone had space and was comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for a couple of meals and we made our way down to Coconuts on the Beach for dinner. We got to see a rocket launch the first night so that was a fun surprise. I would stay here again!

Great place to stay on the beach in Cocoa Beach

Great view from the top floor. Great beach front. Nice unit with everything you need for 4 adults and 2 kids. Several good local restaurants less than 10 minute walk. Grocery, mini-golf, ice cream store, and famous Ron Jon Surf shop less than 10 minute drive.

Great spot on beach

Just as advertised. Easy check-in and very comfortable accommodations. Ocean/beach view is great, balcony perfect for enjoying breakfast while watching/listening to ocean. Pool is warm and clean. Quiet resort/condo building, very good for families.

Excellent Find

This condo was exactly what we wanted. Great location, beautiful view of the ocean from the deck, close walk to the beach/attractions, and a very nice pool area. The spacious bedrooms, in unit laundry, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable living space was perfect for the 6 of us. Thanks!

Great Condo

This was our second stay at this well-appointed condo. We enjoyed being able to walk to several close by restaurants and the deck is perfect for watching the sunrise with that first cup of morning coffee. Although several units around us were also occupied, we enjoyed a very quiet and peaceful stay.

The Perfect Vacation Spot!

This beautiful condo was the perfect spot for a family getaway! Very clean, comfortable and so nicely decorated. We felt right at home - had everything you could need. The views were just spectacular and the gorgeous sunrise each morning was a blessing from God to start the new day. Close to everything, quiet part of beach and we got to see a launch! Was an added bonus. We will be back!!

Great ocean & launch views

We had a great time relaxing & taking in the sights around Cocoa Beach & Cape Canaveral. We even got to witness a rocket launch! The place was as pictured & we had plenty of room for 5 adults & 1 child to have space for several days. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Ocean Views

This was our first time at this property in Cocoa Beach for the 4th of July. The condo was perfect! The layout was spacious, updated and with beds that were so comfy. The condo had everything you would ever need and more. I’ve never stayed at a condo where they had the kitchen stocked with all essentials and beyond, extra towels, bedding, and even first aid items. We were thankful for the beach chairs and umbrella as well. Fantastic and quiet location yet walkable to restaurants, liquor store and grocery store. We ate at the 4th Street Fillin Station, which is a short walk across the street, 4 times. Just loved everything and we hope to come back again!

Quick weekend Getaway

I live in Florida but not close to a beach. My best friend from NH came for the weekend with her 6 y/o and and I have a 17y/o son so what better way to make everyone happy than a trip to the beach for the weekend. The condo was more spacious than we expected and we had all the comforts we could need. The view couldn’t be beat. The perfect Sunrise spot! I had read the reviews that mentioned the broken elevator but one would have thought it would be repaired by now. However, that is more of an issue with the Spanish Main development than it is with this particular VRBO. It was just a challenge because the other elevator is the total opposite side of the buildings and you might as well hike up the 3 flights of steps. The beds were comfy, the place was pristine, the pool was great, Beach access was right there. I would have loved to stay longer. I would definitely go back! Beautiful place!! Thank you!

Perfect Cocoa Beach rental

Amazing views of the beach, very short walk to the beach, stocked with everything one would need for a day on the beach. Nice pool on site, quiet, AC works great. Well stocked kitchen and all amenities! Best rental we have had!
