Comfortable queen size pillow top bed in the master, 2 twin pillow top beds in second bedroom. This unit will accommodate 4 comfortably. This beautiful condo is equipped with a full size stainless steel kitchen with granite countertops and has everything you need to cook including pots and pans, dishes, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, dish towels and soap. Combination washer/dryer in unit so no hauling your laundry to a laundry mat. Condo also equipped with a 50 HDTV Flat screen television, dish satellite, and WiFi. Why cram yourself into a hotel when you are steps from the ocean? Located near Ron Jon surf shop in Cocoa Beach within walking distance to many local restaurants and entertainment.

We would stay again!

We loved the house! A super short walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed including a great closet full of beach goodies - towels, umbrellas, chairs and more! The kitchen was also stocked with pots, pans, Tupperware, spices and more! There were plenty of towels for bathing. Marcia was quick to respond. The neighbor Darryl and his dog Taco were friendly. We would recommend this place and would stay again!

Great Condo right by the beach

Nice spot in the middle of Cocoa Beach. 2min walk to beach access, close to Ron Jon area or town. Plenty of food options within walking distance.

Great location!!

The location of this property was amazing! Right behind Ron Jon, a quick 3 minute walk to the beach, and about a 15-20 minute walk to the pier. This property was perfect for the two of us and had everything you could need in terms of beach toys and kitchen supplies. I would definitely recommend this property!

Anniversary vacay

I read reviews before booking and they were all spot on! Great location and great condo! Had everything you would want or need for the beach. We lost a key the very first day at universal…not sure why we even had it with us…but Marcia was so kind to come let us in ao late at night. Loved the stay and didn’t want to leave!

Great place by everything!

My older teenage kids and I stayed for a long weekend and it was the perfect location. Less than a block from the beach and the road to cross had very little traffic and right next to both Ron Jon’s and Starbucks! The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean and quiet. We met the resident “guard dog” Taco who was just adorable. Friendly neighbor who owns him lives next door. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice place in a good location.

The condo was clean with good decor. The location is convenient - half block from public beach access and some restaurants/bars. Short drives to the Port Canaveral and Old Town Cocoa Beach. Would say if more than a couple or family were to stay there, they would need to be pretty comfortable with each other. The path from the master bedroom (large bed) to the bath is through the other bedroom. This was convenient for us (a couple) because it gave us room to spread out our stuff.

Fun times at Cocoa Beach!

Fantastic place with everything you need and more! Great location! Fun bars and restaurants within walking distance. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood solo. Neighbors in the building are very friendly and helpful. Having laundry onsite was key for being there a week. Awesome spot and I would definitely go back again!!!

As advertised

Everything that was advertised was accurate. Good location. Nicely updated. No parking issues. We were a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Was a little tight for space. But we spent most of our time at the beech. Owner was very quick to respond with any inquiries.

The property was great. Walking distance from pretty much anything you need. Ron Jon's is literally right there and the beach is a 2 min walk. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful.

Great location with easy access to the beach

The 1st floor condo was comfortable with modern furnishings and appliances. Everything that was in the listing was readily available such as cookware and the beach umbrella. The neighbors were pleasant to talk to. We were able to relax in a quiet atmosphere without disturbance. The condo was very conveniently located with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and even an ice cream shop. We will definitely keep this condo on our list when we return to Cocoa Beach! George and Katherine

Nice beach getaway

We stayed for several days. The property was nice and spacious for our family of 4 (after spending several days crammed into a hotel room). It’s in a great area!! We walked to the beach, different shops, mini golf, and restaurants. It was a quiet complex with friendly neighbors. I didn’t use any appliances (we went out for most meals) but the appliances all looked to be in good condition. The condo even had a closet with beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, and towels which was a great extra that we did use.
