Winter Getaway

This was a perfect place to stay during winter break! It is a perfect location that is close to the beach with beautiful views of the ocean! Steve was a great host, keeping us updated with events happening (rocket launch) as well as answering any questions we had.

Remission getaway!

I search for hours to find a place right on the beach for an affordable price. The great reviews sold me and are all true. This trip was for my husband and I to celebrate and relax after I was cancer free. The view, beach front, and area are truly amazing! Steve was an amazing host and even took us kayaking! We already decided we want to go back next year!

Amazing great stay

Newlywed’s First Nights in Cocoa Beach

Great location with cozy parking :). Beautiful sunrise views from comfy bed. The unit was accurately listed and the host was super responsive!! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great place with great host

Steve is great and has made a wonderful place for a couple to stay and enjoy the fun upbeat surroundings of downtown Cocoa Beach (all walking distance) yet the quiet peaceful beachfront patio is wonderful to watch sunrises. We will definitely be back and hopefully multiple times

The property was, in our eyes, perfect. Very clean and well maintained and just a couple minute walk to the Cocoa Beach. Also, was within walking distance of many fine places to eat. We enjoyed our stay there immensely. We plan to come back in the future.

Quiet spot on the beach, walking distance to everything you may need, host Steve was very accomodating and close but in no way intrusive. Excellent mini get-away spot, for sure.

Perfect Get-Away

This property was the absolute perfect beach get-away. Steve was a fantastic host. The beach was right outside your door and walkable distance to so many fabulous restaurants and bars. We will be coming here annually to share a piece of Steve’s paradise.

Peaceful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It was an amazing location. Beautiful, direct view of the sunrise, from the beach or from the balcony. Steps from the beach, easy walk down to the water. The condo was stocked very well with everything we needed, and the furniture was very nice and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

Beautiful Sunrises

It is a little hard to find but that makes it more secluded. Beautiful sunrises and close (walking distance) to all the restaurants that you would need. It is kind of no frills but Steve has you fitted with beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Got to see a rocket launch while we were there. AWESOME STAY!

Anniversary to remember!

Steve’s place is amazing and so close to the beach. It’s also within walking distance to so many Cocoa Beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed Coconuts on the Beach but also ones still within walking distance like Pig and Whistle, Mainely’s Lobster, and Heidi’s. Our view from our room and porch was wonderful—incredible sunrises! Having the washer and dryer in the room was such a plus. We hope to come back!

Great little beach front studio

Quiet and relaxing in downtown Cocoa Beach. Clean, comfortable, steps to the beach with all the amenities to make the beach comfier. Steve is a great host and communicates well. Great outdoor living space. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Our second stay and we recommend staying here.

Perfect Beach Getaway location

We stayed here for over a week and enjoyed the daily ocean views. No obstructions to the view at all! The place was clean and tidy. The host was near and ready to help when needed but also left us to ourselves. Will be staying here again and again! Thank you Steve

this place is tucked away at the end of the road so it is very private yet so close to downtown activities (restaurants, bars, ice ream shop, bike shop, surf shop's, art studio's) the view from your 8' sliding glass door, balcony, living room and also even the bed. is incredible and memorable(sunrise's) the walk to the beach is so short you can go back and forth easily, also outdoor shower/foot wash at bottom of the steps on your way back upstairs.
