LOW 3rd FLOOR END UNIT Sleeps 9 2 or 3 families can enjoy the very unusual floor plan of this 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. There is a separate private Master Suite that adjoins the rest of the condo with a King Bed, Kitchenette full bathroom tub/shower and private ocean front balcony. The main part of the condo has another Master Suite and private En-suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a set of very sturdy queen size bunk beds. Great room has a queen sofa sleeper. All bedrooms & great room have balcony access with straight out ocean front view

Family Vacation at thw SPLASH

We had a great stay. The kitchen could use upgrades to the pots and pans, ect. Great location we could see the dolphins jump from our balcony. Great resort close to everything. Would definitely visit again!

Great Views, Awful Elevator

Beautiful views, elevator takes FOREVER so plan about an hour to wait when you're checking out. Hot tub overcrowded. Otherwise, decent stay.

Don’t just don’t

The condo was awful for what you pay. There is not enough bedding. The fridge door sounds like it’s going to fall off, the fridge lights don’t work. The show doors don’t shut. The bathroom sliding doors don’t shut without lagging our kids hurt their fingers a lot. The latches to lock the patio doors do not lock. The floor boards were coming up and we had kids and a person with a walker trip and stub their toes on it in the kitchen. This unit cost a lot and I would not stay there expecting a decent quality stay. Spend your money on a nicer unit and good luck.

Great place

Great place to stay with a family.Plenty of room and easy access to beach. Just needed a broom to keep the floor swept.Very clean except floors needed mopping but we are looking forward to returning next year,same place!!

Terrible!! DO NOT STAY HERE! Moldy and very out dated.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the unit was not clean. Cigarette butts on balcony with chewed sunflower seeds along with other pieces of trash. The kitchen table was nasty. The door to the air unit was covered in dust. To top it all off the air unit vents were covered in black mold. My family got sick. I spent my first day cleaning my unit and bleaching all the mold and floors. The drain to the main bathroom was not working. I asked for a partial refund. I sent emails with very little response. It was always they would send someone to take care of it. They did send a guy to fix the drain after 2 days. The shower door was breaking no one showed up to fix it. Over all it was the worst experience I have ever had renting a condo. My kids were so uncomfortable and grossed out being in the unit. The splash resort is very out dated two elevators for 20 floors. The pools were not the best when it comes to being clean. This place has black mold everywhere look. Safe your money and book somewhere else.

Splash Fall 2020

We had a great stay! Having the lock in suite for the in laws was absolutely perfect. The bunk beds were great for the kids and all 3 balcony’s were perfect.

Gorgeous view

This was a spacious condo for 9 guests was clean and had a gorgeous view. However registration fees doubled upon arrival, there weren't enough forks for the number of guests, both king beds made loud noises when anyone moved, no dresser in the bunk room, no broom to sweep up unavoidable sand, and very little storage for food items.

Was very nice ,everything needed for a nice family vacation. We had so much fun and the guys running the beachchairs and umbrellas for this property were awesome. Hardest working people ive seen in a while. All on all a 10

Overall very good

We did not stay in the original reservation because of work needed to be done on the balcony and swimming pool. The other place we stayed was very good. The staff was very friendly and there was security all the time. Felt safe and enjoyed being there.

July 4 Holiday

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views! Plenty of space for our 3 families and the separate bedroom was great for those with an infant! Easy check in process, easy access to the stairs so we didn't have to wait for the elevator, super easy access to the beach! We didn't even have to leave the room for a view of the fireworks! We had a wonderful vacation and would absolutely stay again!

Double red flags

The weather and the water with the rip tide warnings were beyond anyones control we were comfortable in the spacious rooms. The balconies were super, so many to enjoy looking at the ocean and beach area. I would recommend this room to others,

Family fun.

Overall our stay was amazing! The view was amazing. Our only complaints are the TV in the master bedroom only got one channel. and there were dirty dishes in the cupboards. Nothing that major. We would totally recommend this condo and we would stay again.

Beautiful Location

Our stay was wonderful. 3rd floor was great for when elevators were packed we could just walk up. It is as described and as it is in the photos. The housekeeper could do a better job cleaning under beds and vents, and the ice maker was not working. We let the owner know of all issues when we first arrived. It was overall a wonderful week.

Kids really enjoyed

Not thrilled about distance to park and have to get carts. Room had very little necessities (one each of trash bag, toilet paper). No paper towels or cleaning supplies. Otherwise very nice.

the unit was good with few exceptions of the refrigerator ice maker was not working, it needs new ice maker. the reason i will not use splash again is that there is a public access through splash making the beach congested with population of the public...

Fun place to stay

We love Splash Resort. Have stayed here before. It has so many things to keep your family busy and entertained. It was clean quiet and easy check in though wish check in was sooner then 4pm ( makes it hard when driving 12 hours , gotta get food which makes it go into evening hours. My only negatives would be the refrigerator wasnt working correctly. I called. Texted, and emailed both Vrbo and the manager several times with never a response ( left messages) .we had to keep food in tiny frig in the joining room all week so food didnt spoil. Had to walk back and fourth to cook etc. And no broom .lastly , the pots/pans and utensils could be updated. We struggled to cook because everything stuck and utensils were broke or worn out. We just bought a broom and a few utensils to make things easier. Overall, recommend staying at Splash Resort especially if you have a large family.
