An outdoor table with seating allows you to sip your morning coffee or savor your favorite glass of wine while enjoying the calming sound of the surf and watching the waves! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could need to prepare a wonderful meal including updated appliances, dishwasher, cookware, granite counters, a stainless double-sided sink, and bar height pass-through with seating. There is a separate dining area table that seats four. The master bedroom suite is the perfect retreat including a king-sized bed with soft bedding and a flat-screen television. The 3-drawer dresser and two nightstands provide ample storage for folded clothing items. The attached master bath includes a large vanity with a plethora of counter space and a separate room for a toilet and bath. There is a washer/dryer combo in the unit.

In addition, you have unlimited access to the upscale amenities offered by the complex itself. The common areas have been totally updated and include large indoor and outdoor pools, a large hot tub, a lawn area with seating and BBQ grills, and two boardwalks that lead over the dunes to 200 feet of white sandy beachfront and glistening emerald waters!
