Perfect Place

Fantastic location and an outstanding host! I had an amazing stay. The space was ideal for my needs, offering a comfortable and convenient setting to assist my daughter with her wedding preparations. It had everything I was looking for—well-equipped with great amenities and in a prime location. The property was spotless, peaceful, and provided everything needed for a smooth and enjoyable experience. Easy street parking was always available! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located spot for special occasions!

Great condo in Roscoe Village

Terrific property close to everything. 3rd floor condo stocked with everything you need for a fun stay. We enjoyed the Roscoe Village area and all it has to offer. Only negative was the loud noise from the neighbors in the 2nd floor unit below ours, especially when they hosted a party. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and we'll return again when we can.

A great experience

My husband and I together with another couple stayed at 3515 N. Seeley Avenue at the home of Kim and Ron Kinn. It was wonderful. We really enjoyed Roscoe Village with its neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. We were in town for the Ohio State-Northwestern football game at Wrigley Field. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and furnished. I would highly recommend this location.

Great base for a Chicago visit

The location is close to the bus, and then easy to the Metro. It was about a 40ish min travel to the Art Institute when we were there. Roscoe Village is picturesque. There is a Starbucks at the end of the street if you want your pumpkin spice latte, but they've also got plenty of local talent- the owner of Rudy's Bakery (try the butter cookies YUM!!)-was lovely. There were plenty of other places--we just didn't have time! We arrived on Halloween; the entire neighborhood came out on their front porches with candy for the kids, the street was full of people socializing. We met our hostess, Kim, so gracious and helpful. Alas, the weekend was gone in an instant. Loved our visit to Chicago--can't wait to return!

This was a great location to stay and be able to go to the ball parks and ball field. Also adding in any of the other places of interest.

Quiet Roscoe Village Find

We were In town for a wedding and baseball game. The quiet family location was perfect, and centrally located for all our activities. The apartment was spotless, and had everything we needed for a great weekend.

Perfect Spot for visiting Chicago!

We stayed in this rental to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was very clean and had everything you needed for the long weekend. We figured out the train system which was just a few blocks from the rental. We used the trains all the time and saved a ton of money on Ubers. The rental is in a very cute neighborhood with lots of bars and nice restaurants. The neighborhood is very nice and we felt safe walking around. I would recommend this rental if you are looking for a quiet place outside of the main downtown area.

Terrific spot in a great location

We didn’t know about Roscoe Village before booking our stay but it’s a terrific area with restaurants and bars and yet it’s quiet and welcoming. Kim was super responsive and the accommodation very nice and as advertised. We’d stay here again.

Long Weekend in Chicago

We stayed here for a long weekend in Chicago with our two teenage daughters. The place was perfect for our get-away. An easy walk to restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops. Easy to get to the Brown line, wrigley, and the shops on Southport. would highly recommend.

Roscoe Village

The rental was in perfect condition and worked well for my granddaughter and I for the weekend. The owner Kim lives in the lower level of the house and greeted us when we arrived. She was super helpful. This rental is a great location close to the brown line train to get into downtown Chicago. Roscoe Village is super short walk for dinner and shopping. The only negative thing I can say was the rental is on the third story so it was a hike up the flights of stairs.

Very nice vacation rental

Very nice place, clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Neighborhood is nice with front parking and short walk to catch bus/ train. I recommend this place and would book it again on our next trip to Chicago. Kim was helpful and friendly, checking to see if we needed anything

Fantastic Stay In Roscoe Village

The Roscoe Village Inn is a fantastic place to stay - the property was spotless, well equipped, and easily accessed. We loved the central kitchen/dining area, relaxing living room, and proximity to major attractions. We highly recommend it and plan to stay at the property again during our next visit.

Location and great area!!

The property was well taken care of and in a very nice walkable neighborhood. There are a ton of restaurants around, a public library and just about anything you could ask for. Easy access to the city as well. Just enough space and perfect for us. We will be back! Thanks!

Cubs trip

We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect for us. We walked to Wrigley Field to watch a couple games. The accommodation is super close to hop onto the train to get us downtown and to the airport. Great neighborhood. Bartolommeo Pizza just around the corner, excellent pizza. The suite is exactly as it is in the photos. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

LOVE the location

Kim’s place is in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple blocks from the Roscoe Village shops and restaurants. It was also an easy 20 minute walk from shops and restaurants in the Southport area and a 30 minute walk from Wrigley Field. We had no problems parking on the street throughout our stay. If you enjoy Cubs games and a variety of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance…then this is the place for you!
