Quiet Cabin in the Great Outdoors

This 750 Square-foot Cabin has everything you need for a relaxing mountain vacation. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs, and can sleep 2-4 people. The larger bedroom has a queen-size bed and a sitting area. The smaller bedroom has a full-size bed. Downstairs you will find cable TV, a dvd player with Dvds, and Wi-fi. The Fully-equipped kitchen has maple cabinets, Granite Counter-tops, and New Appliances. The newly renovated bathroom has a custom tile shower, granite counter, and a brand new washer and dryer. Covered front porch has a small gas grill and new wicker furniture. Ample parking for 2 vehicles. Owners live a short walk away and can be available for assistance.

Definitely coming back!

Excellent weekend!! Cabin had everything we needed and then some! Extras were a nice touch! Our hosts were super accessible by text!! Even Biscuit gave us a warm welcome. Location super close to all we had planned! Thanks and we shall return!

Delightful, quiet cabin!

We were looking for a few days of peace and quiet, and we found it at the "Quiet Cabin in the Great Outdoors!" The cabin is nicely appointed, the bed we used is comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. When we wanted to go out, Brevard was an easy 10-15 minutes drive away. We'll definitely look at staying here again, next time we visit the mountains.

Great place in an great location

Had a great stay at this beautiful cabin. The property was in an incredible location. It’s close to all the activities and parks but also remote and quiet.

Nice little cabin.

We had a nice stay in this cabin. It is cute, clean and well stocked with basic supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies, which was nice. The smaller bedroom does not have a ceiling fan, so you may want to take a small fan with you if you’re like us and love to sleep with a fan. I would stay here again.

Early birthday getaway

Perfect size for us. Bathroom layout was odd. There were ants in the bathroom and it wasn't very clean. Dusty and cobwebs in ceiling corners. Great location and very peaceful. Owner was very friendly. Overall it was a very relaxing weekend

Great Weekend Getaway

Property was as described, easy to get to with GPS, and perfect size for our family of 3. There was plenty to do in nearby parks/forests and towns and great restaurant options. Sarah responded promptly when we had a question and had the cabin stocked with essentials. We had a fantastic long weekend and look forward to a return trip in the future!

Serene and peaceful perfect retreat

What an amazing spot in the Pisgah region! Great location, not far from downtown Brevard, but far enough away that it was perfectly quiet at night. Cute, well appointed cabin with a brand new heater downstairs that was just perfect to make our morning coffee, more cozy. Would definitely definitely return! Hosts were very attentive and pleasant.

Anniversary Getaway

Nice small cabin. Well stocked with essentials. Kitchen had everything that would be needed to prepare a meal. Often times rentals are missing essential kitchenware for cooking but this property has everything needed. Quite area. Location is good, close to town but up and away enough to be nice. The only drawback to me, and this is just a personal preference, is that it is located on the owner's home "lot' probably 30 yards away from their house. There is good to that if you have any issues, but my preference would be that it be located on a standalone property.

Sarah and Scott’s cabin is lovely! It is clean, secluded, quite, and has everything that you need plus more! Sarah and Scott are extremely friendly and welcoming! We appreciate their kindness and hospitality and would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful weekend near Pisgah

My family had a great at the cabin. The kitchen contained everything we needed to prepare meals and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table and making s'mores by the firepit. The cabin is very well located, near downtown Brevard and a short drive to many beautiful hikes. The only negative is that the wifi is spotty; luckily, I had gotten an extension on a work project and did not have to work on it from there. We had a wonderful weekend!

Local residents for over thirty years, we scoured the area and knew we struck gold when we found this beautiful property. My husband, a home builder by trade, and my father built this house, and we lived in it for 5 years while raising our children and building our present home. We are outdoor enthusiasts and are happy to share our knowledge of the local area with you.

This wooded property is on a mountain-top, yet 10 minutes from downtown Brevard and all its conveniences. In late Spring, our mountain explodes with mountain laurel blooms, then native rhododendron. In summer, our altitude of 2,700 feet brings temperatures typically 5-7degrees cooler than in town. Fall brings beautiful colors, and Winter has its own special quietness. We frequently see deer on the property, and a multitude of birds and squirrels, including the white squirrels for which this area is known.
