This townhouse is ideally located in the Magnolia neighborhood. It is in the center of the action. Ballard/Fremont neighborhoods to the North, Seattle Center, Downtown(3.5 miles) to the South. Queen Anne/Uptown, Lake Union to the East, Discovery park to the West. The townhouse is easy to get to and there is garage parking included and free street parking. This is where people in Seattle want to live because it's close to everything and in a safe neighborhood.

Great place to stay outside of Seattle! Plenty of room, nice neighborhood, and the house was well supplied. Being able to park a rental car in the garage was an added perk!

This was a great place for our 1 night stay before we boarded our cruise. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, and the host was very responsive. Would make a great place to stay for several days with a larger group as well since it has so many bedrooms.

The property was perfect for our family of 7. Just a short Uber ride away from downtown activities and the cruise port. Would stay there again if we visit Seattle in the future.

This property is in an ideal location. There are bus stops and places to get a bite to eat incredibly close by. We were able to utilize public transportation which saved us tons on Uber fees. Andrew was an amazing host. He was available to take care of all our needs. We will definitely choose this location again on one of our future Seattle adventures.

This host was very accommodating to our unique circumstances and easy to reach at anytime during (and after) our stay. This location is also very close to interesting areas and art scenes that I’ve never seen, even after many visits to Seattle. Highly recommended.

Close to cruise port. Easy access to check in- all amenities were as advertised. Very comfortable. It met all of our needs- especially with multiple bathrooms for simultaneous showers etc. Parking was a little sparse, but we were warned in advance that we were only guaranteed 2 parking spaces. Very pleasant stay.

Andrew is a great host and his home had great space for our family. We loved the location close to the city but in a nice neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location and accomodations

This property is close to most attractions in Seattle. We enjoyed morning walks to the Fisherman's Marina. House is in a great, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely come back!

The rooms and floors were not clean. The living room and bathrooms had dirty floors, and the bathrooms carried a strong body odor. Additionally, the carpets had not been vacuumed properly. In the main bedroom, I found hard candy next to the bed and also near the TV stand. The loft bed vibrated in the early morning hours (around 5 AM), and we could not determine the cause. The lower bedroom had a noticeable wet carpet odor.On a positive note, the host was excellent and communicated very well.

Great townhouse

I enjoyed my stay in this lovely home. Everything you could need is in the home. It is located conveniently to so much of Seattle but isn't crowded and noisy. There were plenty of beds for my large family and they were very comfortable.

Great property!

Excellent house in a great location. Had all the amenities we needed for the weekend and plenty of space for our group. Property was pristinely clean and the owner was friendly and communicative, making sure we had an easy check in process. Great experience!

Great for a weekend in Seattle

Very comfortable for a family of 7 with teen. Room to spread out, very comfortable beds, great showers and great location. We appreciated being close to restaurants (we really enjoyed our breakfast at the Bay Cafe). Very quiet neighborhood.

A nice place to base for our visit to Seattle

We were a group of 6 older adults who needed a place to base for our visit to Seattle. This location was perfect for us. The rooms were clean, the space was good for our nightly gathering and planning, and we liked having a garage for our rental car. We also enjoyed some Karaoke that was just a block away! FUN TIME!

Originally we bought this townhouse to rent out because the Seattle rental market is very strong. Upon advice from many friends, we're giving vacation rental a try to see if it will work out. When I used to visit Seattle, I noticed there was a lack of vacation lodging options in Seattle, so making our house available to the vacation travelers seemed like a good idea.

This house was expertly picked because of location, size, and neighborhood amenities. We live 5 minutes away in Magnolia ourselves. What makes this vacation rental unique compared to other vacation rentals in Seattle:
1. Parking: We have a garage and a driveway to use and there is plenty of free street parking. Other neighborhoods have paid parking on the streets and no private garage to protect your vehicle.
2. The master bedroom has a staircase to another room above (loft) with access to the deck where you can view Queen Anne.
3. We bought a commercial grade tankless water heater that is capable of supplying unlimited hot water to all the showers (3) in the house and handle the other appliances that require hot water
4. The house is heated by radiant heating from the hot water system
