Its open floor plan features a combined kitchen, dining and entertainment area that opens onto an ocean view balcony. The master bedroom has a King Bed and beautiful views out to the beach. Steps away from the beach and walk out the door straight to the pool. The Terraces at Beachside sits at Main Beach which offers a unique park-like setting, complete with a volley ball court, covered picnic areas and barbecue grills for your convenience and two new restaurants within steps of condo. The Terraces at Beachside is only 2 miles from Historic downtown Fernandina offering many unique shopping and dining experiences! The Terraces at Beachside is a quiet and cozy accommodation with only 15 units total. For the most in comfort and security there are interior halls complete with elevator service and covered parking lots. Quaint Fernandina Beach condo

The condo is clean, property well maintained in a perfect location. Beach access via a private walk bridge. Close to downtown (5 min. drive) and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when we’re in Amelia Island.

Great location literally minutes from many resturants, shops, marinas, etc. Right on the beach ! Sarah was great with comms and outdod herself to ensure the property was ready for our honeymoon.

Great place right on the beach

The property was perfect for our family of 4. Big plus is the master bedroom has a king size bed and a large bathroom. Easy access to the beach right outside your door and walkable to restaurants right around the corner. We will be back again!

This was our second time staying at the condo. Location is great and the place was really clean. We loved being able to walk the beach everyday! We did have a few issues with the main TV and couldn’t find instructions anywhere. Our only other comment would be to either replace or clean/stretch the bedroom carpet as it appears worn and dirty.

Great Condo, Great Location

We absolutely loved this condo! So convenient to everything and all the amenities we needed for a week on the beach. Parking was great, beach storage in the parking garage, full kitchen, two bathrooms, great layout, a balcony, and best of all a little writing nook. Such a wonderful place... I never wanted to leave!

Birthday weekend

My husband and I are so glad we found this wonderful gem . Perfect location for walking out on to miles of beachfront and being close to restaurants and town . This coastal decorated condo had every thing we needed to a very comfortable stay and we’ll Definitely be back !

Perfect location

The condo is located right next to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. It is super cute and it's own parking spot is convenient. The "tourist downtown" part of the island is less than a 10 minute drive. We would happily stay again.

Spring getaway

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect size for us. Conveniently located to restaurants, which were within walking distance and the beach. Easy communication with property manager. We had a relaxing, enjoyable vacation.

Perfect condo!!

This was our first-time visiting Amelia Island, and this condo was perfect for our stay. We loved the openness and space that it has, and we were so appreciative that she allows guests to use her storage closet in the parking garage.
