Its open floor plan features a combined kitchen, dining and entertainment area that opens onto an ocean view balcony. The master bedroom has a King Bed and beautiful views out to the beach. Steps away from the beach and walk out the door straight to the pool. The Terraces at Beachside sits at Main Beach which offers a unique park-like setting, complete with a volley ball court, covered picnic areas and barbecue grills for your convenience and two new restaurants within steps of condo. The Terraces at Beachside is only 2 miles from Historic downtown Fernandina offering many unique shopping and dining experiences! The Terraces at Beachside is a quiet and cozy accommodation with only 15 units total. For the most in comfort and security there are interior halls complete with elevator service and covered parking lots. The place was clean and everything in good condition. Had everything we needed. Perfect spot...walking distance to 2 restaurants. Quick drive to downtown. Would definitely come again!

This was our second time staying at the condo. Location is great and the place was really clean. We loved being able to walk the beach everyday! We did have a few issues with the main TV and couldn’t find instructions anywhere. Our only other comment would be to either replace or clean/stretch the bedroom carpet as it appears worn and dirty.

Quaint Fernandina Beach condo

The condo is clean, property well maintained in a perfect location. Beach access via a private walk bridge. Close to downtown (5 min. drive) and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when we’re in Amelia Island.

Great place right on the beach

The property was perfect for our family of 4. Big plus is the master bedroom has a king size bed and a large bathroom. Easy access to the beach right outside your door and walkable to restaurants right around the corner. We will be back again!

Great location literally minutes from many resturants, shops, marinas, etc. Right on the beach ! Sarah was great with comms and outdod herself to ensure the property was ready for our honeymoon.

Wonderful stay

I almost want to not tell how impressed I was with this property. Huge living area. Great location. Restaurants within 1 minute walk. Nice pool for a 4 year old or adults to cool off in. Will definitely be back!!

Perfect home away from home

We enjoyed having 3 patio doors, especially the one in the bedroom. You can hear and see the ocean while lying in bed. Location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and a couple restaurants nearby. Plenty of amenities, washer/dryer, and I especially appreciated the decor:) Downtown has lots of restaurants and a few coffee shops that we visited. Would highly recommend!
