We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, cozy, and full of character, exactly what we hoped for. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and steps from a bus route that made getting to the sailboat show easy. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything went smoothly. It was the ideal home base for our October weekend. We'd happily stay again and highly recommend it. Thank you!

Really great spot - very convenient to downtown, parks, waterfront, and cute shops. Love that the house had designated parking as well and all the locks were keyless. Everything you could need for a week in annapolis!

We were in town for a family wedding and this was a perfect set-up for our family of 4 (including 2 kids). Having offstreet parking was a major plus that I hadn’t anticipated!

Location and house perfect

Location was perfect and great weather for the boat show. Surprisingly quiet for being off a main street. We enjoyed the backyard.

Wonderful stay

We had a great Easter weekend in Annapolis! Loved this little cottage, which was perfect for the four of us. Walking distance to the Harbor, the Naval Academy, restaurants, shops. We loved the screened in porch! Can’t wait to stay again!

Cozy House Right Downtown

Great cottage close to everything. Well appointed with special Annapolitan touches. Short walk to downtown or Navy Marine Corps stadium and great West St restaurants right out your back door. Off street parking was super convenient. Will definitely return.

Best Stay Ever

Super cute, comfortable and one of the cleanest and well-maintained VRBOs we've ever stayed in. We had absolutely everything we needed for a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday away from home with our grown up kids. The location couldn't be better - in a quaint and quiet little historic neighborhood within easy walking distance of the downtown and city dock areas. This is truly a VRBO gem!

The house is nicely appointed, super clean and was perfect for our stay. Kitchen is well equipped and functional. Easy check-in. Maria was very quick at responding and very very kind!It was perfect to relax after a day around town. Overall wonderful

If I could give this property 6 stars I would! Everything about this charming house is superb. Not only is it well appointed and comfortable but probably the cleanest arbnb I've stayed in. Nice quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of downtown Annapolis. My friends and I would stay again for our next reunion!!

Close to everything

We stayed in the house for a week and felt comfortable there. It is a quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. It’s with in walking distance to many restaurants and museums.

Great neighbor

We loved our stay. The house was perfect and the location was ideal. We walked everywhere. It was a lovely quiet street with parking in the back. So much fun. Already working on a return trip and will definitely stay there again.

Adorable and great location!

This was a really cute place to stay with great outdoor space, a light-filled kitchen, comfy beds… and a great location with parking on site. Could not ask for more. Maria was a responsive host with excellent communication. This was a great choice.

Clean and close to downtown

First of all, Maria was very quick in responding to my numerous questions, and the house was just what we needed. Private parking space in the back was a plus. Within easy walking distance to the Annapolis downtown area. Very clean and we had a great stay. Would love to come again when it warms up
