Discover this charming, fully furnished cottage ideally accommodating up to six guests. Nestled on a serene street within walking distance of downtown, the United States Naval Academy, and the Navy and Marine Corps Stadium, this delightful space features a tranquil screened front porch, inviting living and dining areas, and two bedrooms (one queen, two twin beds) with all bedding and linens provided. The lower level offers a full-size futon and a designated office area for added comfort and convenience.

Enjoy the convenience of two bathrooms stocked with essentials and a hair dryer. The well-equipped, spacious kitchen includes amenities such as a fridge, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Additionally, access a washer and dryer, central AC, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, and three smart TVs with Roku and Fire TV for cable channel streaming.

Step outside to a charming garden area furnished with a BBQ grill, patio set, and parking for two cars. Feel free to reach out as I can offer weekly, and monthly discounts as well as last minute bookings.

Great cottage close to everything. Well appointed with special Annapolitan touches. Short walk to downtown or Navy Marine Corps stadium and great West St restaurants right out your back door. Off street parking was super convenient. Will definitely return.

Wonderful stay

We had a great Easter weekend in Annapolis! Loved this little cottage, which was perfect for the four of us. Walking distance to the Harbor, the Naval Academy, restaurants, shops. We loved the screened in porch! Can’t wait to stay again!

This adorable house is a great location for exploring Annapolis! We easily walked everywhere, including the stadium for a football game and Downtown Annapolis/USNA. Communication with the owners was very easy and quick. We live just an hour away and we would book another stay here anytime we are back in Annapolis. The house is clean and comfortable, and the patio and backyard are definite bonuses. Highly recommend!

If I could give this property 6 stars I would! Everything about this charming house is superb. Not only is it well appointed and comfortable but probably the cleanest arbnb I've stayed in. Nice quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of downtown Annapolis. My friends and I would stay again for our next reunion!!

Location and house perfect

Best Stay Ever

Super cute, comfortable and one of the cleanest and well-maintained VRBOs we've ever stayed in. We had absolutely everything we needed for a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday away from home with our grown up kids. The location couldn't be better - in a quaint and quiet little historic neighborhood within easy walking distance of the downtown and city dock areas. This is truly a VRBO gem!

Close to everything

Great neighbor

We loved our stay. The house was perfect and the location was ideal. We walked everywhere. It was a lovely quiet street with parking in the back. So much fun. Already working on a return trip and will definitely stay there again.

Lovely home in an ideal location

We enjoyed a great weekend in Annapolis visiting our Midshipman while staying at this ideally located home. The pictures were accurate to the actual home, which was very clean and well decorated with an appropriately nautical theme. The location is easy walking distance to all that Annapolis has to offer and the two parking spaces out back make bringing a car feasible and simple. I would highly recommend this home for a visit to Annapolis.

Adorable and great location!

This was a really cute place to stay with great outdoor space, a light-filled kitchen, comfy beds… and a great location with parking on site. Could not ask for more. Maria was a responsive host with excellent communication. This was a great choice.

Clean and close to downtown

First of all, Maria was very quick in responding to my numerous questions, and the house was just what we needed. Private parking space in the back was a plus. Within easy walking distance to the Annapolis downtown area. Very clean and we had a great stay. Would love to come again when it warms up

A beautiful house in quant neighborhood in Annapolis!

When we turned onto the road the house was on, we were taken back by how quiet and secluded it was especially since it was a walk away from downtown. The house was beautiful and clean. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to the action but not in the middle of it. The house was updated and had everything we needed for our extended stay.

Lovely home for a weekend away.

We had a lovely time. The house has a nice layout for couples and families. The home is charming, and the backyard is beautifully landscaped and lovely for meals. The neighborhood is close to restaurants and other amenities, and we walked twice to the waterfront about a 15-10 minute walk. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was nice and roomy. We enjoyed the porch and the parking in the back was nice.

When our son began studying at the U.S. Naval Academy in 2014 we were not only incredibly proud of him, but realized that we had found a treasure in Annapolis. We immediately fell in love with this charming town along the scenic Chesapeake Bay. After searching some time for the right vacation home, we knew right away we had found "the one". With it's unique craftsman style, a calming front porch, and it's lovely white kitchen drenched in sunlight, our home mirrors the nautical charm that makes Annapolis so inviting. We love our "home away from home" and hope you will, too!
