Two Shipwrecks are Just Offshore. Great snorkeling. Walk to the beach in 3 minutes.

3 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH!! Our house is named “PADI-SHACK” after the Professional Association of Diving Instructors...the owners are avid scuba divers and we love to share our experiences with our guests. Our guests often like to go out to the shipwreck with us and we enjoy being "tour guides". And, we have MANY friends that we have acquired over the years who are here for large parts of the summer. You'll be welcomed into the "family"....and YOU WILL LOVE IT.

Padi-Shack has three bedrooms, two baths, and a screened in porch just off the kitchen. There are ocean views from the upper decks, and there is a lovely ground level deck with patio furniture and an OBX style swing. The owners don’t live far away and we will do anything we can to make this your best vacation EVER!

PLEASE NOTE...we do not supply linens or paper products. A full week (Saturday to Saturday) is required during prime time rental periods. Off season check-ins and visits are
very flexible, requiring a minimum of only 2 nights!

WE REQUIRE KNOWING THE AGES OF ALL PARTIES THAT WILL BE VISITING! WE HAVE NEIGHBORS THAT LOOK AFTER OUR HOME. IF YOU ARE OF HIGH SCHOOL AND/OR COLLEGE AGE, YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST TWO PEOPLE ACCOMPANYING YOU THAT ARE ABOVE THE AGE OF 30 YEARS OLD! NO EXCEPTIONS.

Off-street parking is available. Police will ticket any cars parked in the street. There is room for four cars.
DO NOT park on "non-cement" areas..as there are water and septic lines that sand will not support, resulting in damage. (And, you'll get "stuck"!)

I am not exaggerating when I say everything was great about this stay besides the weather. The host can't help that but if they could they probably would. Great communication, great stay. Will definitely book this again in the future!

Great location, fun and comfortable

We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, proximity to bagels & donuts, the spiral staircase, the master bed balcony and the popcorn maker. A great house and great value.

Great place to stay at a great price

My group of 5 stayed for 2 nights and found the place to be very comfortable. Randy was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. We would gladly stay here again.

Great stay for the price

The property was in a great location and spacious for our family of 4. Could use some cosmetic upgrades, but you cant beat it for the price. Would stay again.

We had a great week in this home. It was well equipped with plenty of comfortable seating. The bathrooms are a little dated but functioned welll For us in our 70s, the stairs were a bit challenging but all in all a great experience
