We really enjoyed out stay in Cocoa Beach, The place was clean and quaint, only a block away from the beach access. We brought our 2 dogs and enjoyed out outdoor, backyard time. I especially enjoyed the hammock. We enjoyed the restaurants by the pier and watching the big cruise ships taking off. Ron Jon's was a must and we also enjoyed the Wizard of Oz museum to get out of the heat for a bit. We did have a little trouble entering the door, Luckily, there was a second entrance through the garage that worked out perfectly. There were games, and plenty of beach chairs, toys and a wagon to lug it all to the beach. This stay was a quick and relaxing get away.

Quick 2-night stay before a cruise. Everything was clean and welcoming. Beach was really close, and we greatly appreciated the wagon, chairs, and cooler - made for a great beach day.

Just a perfect location. Had everything we could need. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We will be staying again. The host was always responsive and helpful.

The home was exactly as advertised! The perfect weekend spot to relax, unwind & enjoy the beach. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor patio was a great spot to hang out late in the afternoon. The only advice I could offer would be to have room darkening blinds/shades in the bedroom as the rooms are very bright in the morning. We will be back!

Cute cottage

Perfect place for our family. I loved the small cottage just right for 6 people, nothing false about the description, and customer service was great—just steps to the beach which our kids loved. I would stay again!

Great stay!

The property location and setup was great! Very convenient to Disney, the beach, and Kennedy space center! Would definitely rent again! The property manager/owner was very nice and responded very qiuckly!

Perfect beach getaway!!

Property was even better than described. And the property manager was AMAZING. Definitely in top 3 of best weekend vacations!! Hope to return next year.

Perfect getaway spot for family including our dog.

Great little spot minutes from the beach and short distance from dog park. Quiet area and kids don’t have to cross busy street to get to beach. Owner is super responsive and our dog appreciated the small yard.

Awesome Spot!

We stopped in for a short stay after going to Disney for a few days. Place was perfect for our family of 6. Alex was prompt and went above and beyond with anything that we inquired about.

Overnight stay

We stayed here for one night, while waiting to board our cruise ship. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach for the evening. It was very convenient and clean! It was perfect!

great location, we stayed two weeks with our dog. place was clean and had everything we needed to start our stay. plenty of chairs and toys for the beach, garage was a plus to store our bikes in definitely would come back
