Stay in our air conditioned perfect vacation rental home next door to Newport National Golf Course. We are minutes from Third Beach, close to 1st and 2nd beaches, and 10-15 minutes from Newport. Even closer are riding stables and the Norman Bird Sanctuary. Enjoy hiking trails that surround the property.
Features include: Open floor plan, cook’s kitchen, ground floor master suite w/Queen bed and full bath, additional ground floor bedroom with Queen bed and full bath. Second level includes two additional bedrooms one with twin XL beds, the other with a queen bed. Second floor jack & jill full bath with tub and shower. There are two separate inclosed loft rooms one with w/futon reached by the spiral staircase, the other with twin XL beds and an office space. Property includes private deck with four acres of natural views, outdoor shower, fire pit, and a beautiful Koi pond. Relax as soon as you walk in, everything in this house is set and waiting for you!

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful property in great location. Short drive to Newport and close to near by vineyards and beaches. We traveled for a family wedding and it was perfect for our group.

Ideal House for Newport

This home is the perfect place to stay when in the Newport RI area. The layout of the house is spectacular with tons of space and light and plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor amenities are also top notch giving you the true feeling of an oasis. The check in process was so smooth, the owner is fantastic, and we will definitely stay here again when coming to Newport. Cannot recommend this property enough!

Great place for a large group

We LOVED Leslie's house. -Beautiful home -Enough bathrooms, beds, areas to hang out for a large group -Secluded location that is removed from the hustle and bustle of Newport, but still a quick ride away -Great outdoor space to hang out, grill, and play games -Leslie was easy to communicate with and there was not a single hiccup in our reservation, check-in, or check-out process.

Great for family

The house is very comfortable, full of light, and surrounded by greenery and flowers. The great room allowed us to spend a lot of quality family time together as all of the areas are interconnected and open. We enjoyed the fire pit and bbq and the kids' play area, and there are many trails in the neighborhood. The bedrooms were well appointed and the kitchen fully stocked. I would recommend this house highly.

Needed spring repairs

The house is spacious and nice. The location and yard are wonderful. The weber grill was messy, rusty, broken, and dirty. The koi pond needed much repair, much water, and some koi!

Large, bright, airy

We rented with 3 adult children + partners. Plenty of room to spread out. All the amenities plus some! If you want comfort and room to spread out, this is great. Must drive to Newport sites, shore, restaurants, stores …so a car is a must. This was understood. Very comfortable and well appointed.

Perfection! Couldn't have asked for anything better!

My family (of 9) stayed at Leslie's property for four days for my wedding weekend. Setting up the rental was a breeze, as Leslie was always available to communicate with. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was also secluded enough to feel private, but a short drive up the street had stores to fill the fridge and pantry. Both the inside and outside of the home made amazing backdrops for pictures. And when my hair and make-up "team" arrived to Beautify us, there was also plenty of room and the lighting was great. We took advantage of the grill, for the rehearsal dinner, and the firepit after. I did not want to leave!!!

Perfect for Wedding Weekend!

When we first seen Leslie's house listed on the site, we immediately knew this was the house we wanted to rent for our wedding weekend in Middletown/Newport. Leslie responded quickly to our request and we were booked immediately! The pictures listed are breathtaking but the actual house itself is a gem. Very spacious, well organized, and beautifully decorated. We hosted our bridal party and family members that arrived early the day before our wedding and we had a blast! The house was perfect for all the girls and myself (the bride) to get ready with plenty of space for the makeup artist and hair stylist to have their setup ready to go and be comfortable. My husband and groomsmen were actually bummed that we kicked them out of the house in order to get ready the day of the wedding. My bridesmaids set up all our dresses and bouquets in the master bedroom in the first floor that made for beautiful pictures for the wedding photographer to take. Even our wedding photographer could not get over how beautiful the house was! My niece asked if we could please buy the house, that's how much everyone loved it. Leslie responded quickly to any questions we had and called a few days before our arrival to go over our stay and even gave us suggestions on how to make the house more comfortable for our bridal party dinner. My mother in law is already talking about renting the house again for future family functions. Thank you Leslie again for everything!

Fabulous Stay

Great property for families! We all had plenty of room for family events and individual time. So close to beaches and golf, but also a beautiful quiet backyard.

Wonderful Stay!

Great girl's getaway! Spacious house was perfect for five ladies to have their own room to stay and gather. House was clean and had all the essentials you could possibly need. Beautiful peaceful back yard to sit and enjoy. Just minutes to the Newport Vineyard, Newport National Golf Club and Beaches. Leslie was great to communicate with which is always a plus!

Highly recommend

Came with a group for Memorial Day weekend. Leslie could not have been more kind and helpful. The house is perfect for families or groups looking to have a relaxing weekend in a beautiful location.

Lovely home for family gathering

We stayed here while visiting family for the holidays. Lovely, open space and comfortable for two couples with adult children. The outside space looks wonderful, though weather did not permit us to take advantage. Would definitely recommend!

The house had a fabulous common area layout with lots of areas to hang out and find space of your own and a great outdoor area. Easy access to Newport and the beaches and lots to do in the area.

Large Family

The house was everything we needed. We had 9 adults, everyone over 35 and everyone had a comfortable bed. House was very clean and had a big deck off the back. The landscaping made for a beautiful place for coffee in the morning. We were only a short Uber ride from downtown Newport and all the local beaches. Highly recommend a stay here.

Family wedding at Ocean Cliff in Newport

I can honestly summarize our experience our stay as completely exceeding expectation... I say that because the photos in VRBO do not adequately show the expanse of space and comfort. The layout was perfect for our family; the highest accolades definitely come from the children; They asked if they could live there ! You will not be disappointed on any level. Thank you, Leslie!

Amazing Stay at Leslie's Property

Stayed with a group of friends over a long weekend. Truly one my best rental house experiences. House is very spacious with open common floor and several bedrooms above. Comfortably slept 8 of us. Great backyard for hanging with a fire pit, deck, charcoal grill and yard. 2 min walk to Newport National if you golf. Best of all was the great communication with the owner. A+ would highly recommend

Great large family spot.

Property was completely as advertised and Leslie, the property owner, was very easy to work with. We had a call together prior to arrival where she shared aspects of the house as well as information and tips/tricks related to Newport and the surrounding area. That was invaluable. House is spacious and set up where we could all bond together or have space to ourselves...whatever was necessary. My wife loved the functionality of the kitchen and its set up. Back deck/fire pit/patio set up was great and a getaway all to itself. House was very clean on arrival, and the locking code was easy to use. All essentials were on hand including some entertainment (games, books, etc) if you failed to bring any. Store was close by for any additional needs. Property was just close enough to downtown Newport to not be an inconvenience and the short trip took you by possible stops you'd want to make anyway (ice cream, store, etc). Leslie was available for help during the week if needed which was nice. All in all it was a great place for us in a great spot. We'd definitely use the house again for our large family (8 of us).

Beautiful home - tremendous space - lovely outdoor property

Leslie is a terrific host. Very informative with precise descriptions and instructions. Very responsive communication. We (my wife and son) stayed at Leslie's home for our daughters wedding. The home was immaculately clean upon arrival. The huge open airy space is very impressive, yet it still feels homey and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The dinning space easily hosted small dinner parties. Bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds. Our daughter arrived with bridesmaids the morning of the wedding to get ready and the space easily accommodated hair, makeup etc. in the separate sitting areas. The outdoor meadow is lovely and was great backdrop for pictures. We know Newport/Middletown very well, our daughter lives nearby, so the location was perfect. It's a short ride to shopping, beaches or downtown Newport. For us it was a perfect stay with a great host.

Perfect Location

Stunning house

We booked this house prior to owner doing updates. As the bride I walked in and was stunned... absolutely gorgeous. Couldn't believe my bridal party was able to stay there. Recommending house to everyone!

I love Rhode Island because there is so much to do beyond enjoying the beautiful beaches.There are activities year round and it is a perfect balance of enjoying beautiful outdoor activities with cosmopolitan dining and museums. This is our house which we love and are happy to share with you.

This is a very private, quiet home with lots of open space. The light is spectacular. The back meadow is bursting with wild flowers and places to explore. Relax on the deck or by the koi pond. Serenity abounds!

There is a huge 14' ceiling great room with a wow factor. The lofts add fun to the house which is architecturally unique. The kitchen is a real cook's kitchen w/double ovens and top of the line European appliances.
