Very close to the historic district

Loved staying here. Comfy bed and the absolute best bed pillow I've ever slept on.Perfect spot for a couple or single traveler. Just unpack your bags and enjoy yourself.

Awesome place!

Everything was perfect. I highly reccomend staying here. 25 min from daytona beach. Food is close. U can cook here. Very accomadating to needs and check out and check in times. You should stay here!

Deb and Tom were perfect hosts, the accommodations were comfortable and quiet, the property is beautiful, and it's conveniently located just a few blocks from the "downtown" - a couple of blocks of small businesses, city hall, etc.

Fantastic stay in New Smyrna

Our hosts really went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I had a wonderful trip. Deb and Tom were super welcoming and incredibly friendly. Deb gave us some wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Cabana Rental

The hosts are very personable and helpful. The rental was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable. Location was near everything we needed. The pool was available to us and looked inviting, however we didn’t have time this trip to enjoy it! We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was cozy and just what my husband and I needed while visiting our old town and friends. Close to Canal St in a beautiful well kept neighborhood. Deb was easy and friendly to communicate with and checking in and out was seamless. We would definitely stay again!! 😊

Wonderful Weekend

We were in NSB for a birthday party. This place met all our needs. It was convenient to Canal St. It was clean. The owner made a point to make sure we had everything we needed. Our first time here but not the last.

Great getaway

My wife and I stayed for a week long getaway. We both are NSB fans. But are not ones to stay all day at the beach. This unit fit our needs perfectly. Great location in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Made use of the pool everyday. Owners are exceptional hosts.

The Best of NSB

NSB is my favorite place and, for me, there's no better spot than the historical Riverside district. This is the perfect location if you like a walkable area. I spent the week walking to the shops and dining on Canal Street, the events at Riverside Park, and then a quick drive over the bridge for all the fun on Flagler. The bed is comfy and it's a wonderful little hideaway to ride out the thunderstorms. Deb was so kind and accommodating - highly recommend!
