CHARMING & QUIET 1 BR / 1 BA COASTAL CABANA with private entrance in the beautiful RIVERSIDE GARDEN DISTRICT. Nestled behind our 1920 historic home, the Cabana overlooks the pool, coquina rock waterfall and tropical gardens. Located within walking distance to Canal Street Historic District shops, art galleries, farmers market, city marina, bars, and restaurants. A quick 4-minute drive over the bridge to popular Flagler Avenue and our beautiful beaches.

Includes parking space in front of Cabana, use of residence pool, floats, heated outdoor shower, covered barbecue barn with Blackstone griddle & Weber kettle grill, wireless Internet, cable tv, washer & dryer access. Just steps to RIVERSIDE DRIVE for fishing or kayaking and nearby boat rental / public boat ramp (2-minutes). There are two nearby public golf courses (5-minutes) at New Smyrna Beach Municipal Golf Course and Hidden Lakes Golf Course.

We will make every effort to create a getaway experience that is exceptional and memorable.

The Best of NSB

NSB is my favorite place and, for me, there's no better spot than the historical Riverside district. This is the perfect location if you like a walkable area. I spent the week walking to the shops and dining on Canal Street, the events at Riverside Park, and then a quick drive over the bridge for all the fun on Flagler. The bed is comfy and it's a wonderful little hideaway to ride out the thunderstorms. Deb was so kind and accommodating - highly recommend!

Great getaway

My wife and I stayed for a week long getaway. We both are NSB fans. But are not ones to stay all day at the beach. This unit fit our needs perfectly. Great location in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Made use of the pool everyday. Owners are exceptional hosts.

What a gem!

This little spot is a gem. Everything was as advertised. The pool was perfect for the hot Florida days. Deb was very responsive and we enjoyed chatting with her and her husband. We have a new grand baby so we will be visiting often. We will book again.

Just perfect

Deb and Tom were warm, accommodating hosts. Our studio, in a building adjacent to the main house, was comfortable and clean and the backyard was an oasis, with a canopy of beautiful shade trees and lovely landscaping. The pool was steps out the backdoor, but we were on the go throughout our 12 night stay and never took advantage of it. We were an easy walk to the shops and restaurants on Canal St. and a few minutes drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. In addition to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway, this laid back property may also appeal to rail and space launch fans due to it's close proximity to a major train line and beach views of Canaveral. Nature fans, too. So much to see and do! We loved it.

Just what we needed for our 11 day stay. Slept well in a comfortable bed, and neighborhood is very quit . Enjoyed a very good meal at Blackbeard's Inn just a few blocks away. Visiting family for most of the time and did not have much opportunity to use amenities. About 4 blocks from Canal St. and 2 blocks from water. Enjoyed the Tree Lighting festival and decorations on Canal street and had d a nice lunch at the Little Griddle. Debra was very cordial despite trying to spring Tom from the hospital before Thanksgiving.

Something missing.

Nice place, but a little deceiving. Cover picture draws you in, but is not where your room is. That picture is missing. It's the nicely furnished 3rd bay of garage. Inside pictures can't convey location. Outdoor shelter had charcoal grill (not gas) and no patio furniture as shown in listing. Still the unheated pool and outdoor shower were wonderful! Host was very nice. Just be true.

Cabana Rental

The hosts are very personable and helpful. The rental was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable. Location was near everything we needed. The pool was available to us and looked inviting, however we didn’t have time this trip to enjoy it! We would definitely stay again!

Dr. Tom Exum is a retired chiropractor and a former President of the Florida Chiropractic Association.
