This beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home offers a luxurious home-away-from-home. The front and back yards are both beautifully landscaped. The front yard offers a courtyard with a relaxing patio seating area with a bubbling rock water feature, nestled behind custom built gates. The backyard is a secluded, beautifully landscaped yard with a brick patio which includes a large seating area with two large shade umbrellas and large table with a built-in gas fire pit. A 5 burner gas grill is available to make an outdoor bbq dinner a must.
Amenities include free high speed internet, 3 flat screen high definition smart TVs, memory foam cot for one additional guest, crib and high chair available if needed, variety of most popular board games are provided, DVD player, Kiva gas fireplace in the master bedroom and addl gas fireplace in the living room, corn hole game for the backyard.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS MAY BE HOSTED AT THE HOUSE!

Fantastic Stay

This home and its neighborhood are just lovely. The hosts have thought of everything, so many thoughtful touches, the home is spotless, and the location is close to UNM. The front yard is like a little oasis of peace. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely fabulous property. Extremely clean, very well maintained, and fully equipped! We really appreciated the welcome basket on arrival with NM goodies, and loved the space. We had morning coffee outside in both the front and back gardens and really enjoyed how comfortable we felt in this house after long days exploring the area. I’ve stayed in well over 30 holiday rentals and always have high expectations. This home did not disappoint!

Gorgeous Albuquerque Home!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Everything is very well maintained and it is a very comfortable space to enjoy time with family. Our host communicated clearly and provides great updates. We will definitely be staying here again!

Charming

Loved this property. Not only was it clean and well maintained, but it had been really thoughtfully equipped with anything a guest might need. We especially loved sitting in the backyard in the afternoon. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The VRBO was perfect for our group! The whole home is completely stocked with anything you could need, from board games and a popcorn machine to cots and playpens. The pictures do not do the home justice, it is an absolutely beautiful home! The garden courtyard is lovely and very peaceful for morning coffee or any little break. We loved watching the little finches bathe in the fountain by the window. The location is central to the rest of the city, making it a quick trip to restaurants, shopping, UNM, Sandia Casino, downtown - truly anywhere in the city. We were also close to several grocery stores when we needed to stock up. Additionally, there was ample parking at the VRBO, which accommodated our group’s large cargo van, SUV, and truck. John and Michelle were helpful and courteous, and we would love to stay there again. 5-stars!

The perfect home away from home!

Both the house and yards were beautiful, well-stocked, and located in a nice, convenient, quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family and will stay again when I visit Albuquerque in the future.

Great space for family / friends!

Great space for my group of friends and family. Loved the backyard fire pit and very close to a lot of stores. Easy check in process. Clean and spacious!

Very comfortable and peaceful

We were in Albuquerque for a graduation. This home was well-located for getting around town for events. Very nicely decorated and friendly/comfortable for my wife and I and our two adult children.

Winter Getaway

The home was beautifully decorated, very clean and well cared for. There was even a welcome basket with snack and treats that were all New Mexico themed. The kitchen was stocked with every possible gadget, cookware and bakeware item that you may need. In addition, a very comprehensive binder with area sights and restaurants to visit was nice to have as a resource. Would definitely stay here if visiting New Mexico; highly recommend.
