Great Property

The place was perfect and very close to the beach. It is a very quiet area and perfectly located minutes away from restaurants and other entertainment.

Very nice, large home that easily accomodated our family of 13 people. Lots of different areas to relax and spread out making it seem that there wasn't that many people. Well stocked kitchen, great pool and semi easy walk to beach. Lots of room for parking, very quiet neighborhood.

We had such a great time at this home! Everything was as described. I only have a few minor complaints. I think it would be nice if the host listed in the description what all is provided in terms of soap and other common things that are normally provided in house rentals. There were only two bottles of hand soap in the entire house (a house that has a kitchen sink and 4.5 bathrooms). The host also did not provide dish soap, a sponge to clean dishes, dishwasher detergent, or laundry detergent. These are NOT requirements from rentals, but I definitely think it would have been nice if this had been communicated in advance!There was some trash on one balcony, as well as food on one of the bunk beds. Additionally, several of the balcony doors off of the bedrooms did NOT lock (they have locks, but the locks were broken). I mentioned to the host that there was food on one of the beds, and they offered to supply clean linens, which was nice. I did not message the host regarding the trash on the balcony or the locks on the doors because the guests in these bedrooms did not notify me until the end of our stay. Otherwise, the home was very clean.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and the host was very communicative during our time here. The proximity to the Dollar General and beach was amazing and we loved that the home was pet-friendly. We also loved the pool! The home also felt so cozy despite its size! I could definitely see us returning in the future!

We apologize that you did not realize we do not supply the cleaning and toiletry supplies. We do send out an email a few days prior to arrival with "Things to Bring" with you on your trip, but we realize sometimes those are either lost or overlooked. Likely to book the same property again

We went to celebrate my mother in law’s memory…..we had such a good time. The house was perfect. The time spent with family was needed.

There was no pickleball court, the hot tub didn’t work for the first three days and the property was managed by a realty company that was slow to respond. The location was good-close to the beach access and had lots of bathrooms and bedrooms.

Amazing property

Overall this property was awesome! Very clean upon arrival, very accurate description of rooms and space. Very well stocked with kitchen items (cookware and dishes). Loved all the balconies, very close to the beach. My family and I loved this place! Definitely recommend! Would stay here again for sure.

Family Fun

Although the property needs quite a few upgrades, our group of 10 really enjoyed our stay there. When we arrived, the dryer was broken, the built in microwave had no power, and one toilet seat was broken. The property managers brought over a countertop microwave right away and a brand new dryer was delivered by about the 3rd day. They were very responsive! It's a very nice neighborhood and location to the beach is convenient with a trail just steps away. The deck and pool furniture are excellent! It is a VERY tall house, so be prepared to walk up and down MANY steps! The kitchen is on the 3rd floor. The bunk room wasnt quite what we needed with full grown young adult kids (early 20s). The bunks seemed very small, like kid size. Instead, we ended up with kids sleeping on couches all over the house. But the house was plenty big and roomy and well equipped for a group that size. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and didnt even need heat for the pool in mid-June. The home decor was very tasteful and we enjoyed the puzzles on rainy days.
