Une villa exclusive de 150 m² entourée d'un grand jardin bien entretenu, située dans le paysage mondialement connu du lac de Côme, à seulement 600 m du centre ancien médiéval de Bellagio.

Intimité, détente et calme absolu à deux pas du quartier commerçant et de la jetée

L'appartement fait partie d'une villa mitoyenne, où chaque côté est totalement indépendant de l'autre. Il fait 150 m2 et est réparti sur deux niveaux et vous avez un accès direct au rez-de-chaussée depuis le jardin. Ici, le mobilier design exclusif se fond dans un décor de maison typiquement local.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend:
-spacieux espace ouvert avec salon meublé (canapé et fauteuils), SAT TV & SKY; table et chaises pour 6 personnes;
-cuisine entièrement équipée avec cuisinière, poêle, ustensiles de cuisine; micro-ondes et fours à gaz, réfrigérateur et congélateur, cuisinières et lave-vaisselle.

What a wonderful trip!!! Luca was so helpful and easy to get in contact with! The home was beautiful, clean and had gorgeous views! When we arrived they had fresh fruit, water and breakfast toast and jam available for us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and we were able to wash and dry laundry. It was perfect for our family of 6! I would highly recommend this property!!

This villa and the location were more incredible than the description promised. The view from the villa was spectacular, overlooking Lake Como. The grounds were immaculately landscaped, with blooming plants everywhere. The rooms are large and bright, and furnished with all of the modern comforts. The amenities were thoughtful and plentiful. The location is convenient for strolling the area with a great neighborhood bakery/cafe/pizzeria and a local restaurant nearby. It's only a short walk to the center of Bellagio. Our host was super-communicative and very helpful in providing recommendations for local sightseeing and places to eat. We would not stay anywhere else when we return!

The place is stunning and a wonderful place to relax after exploring Lake Como. It’s quiet & tranquil which is nice after being around crowds of people all day. Waking up to that view every morning was incredible! It’s a nice walk to town, but if the weather calls for rain and wind, it can make the walk a bit more challenging. This is not a knock on the place or location, just a tip to make sure you’re prepared! We’d still choose this location 100% of the time! Luca was always responsive and made sure we had the essentials at the house waiting for us. Thank you, Luca!

What a gorgeous, well appointed, spotless villa to experience the beauty of bellagio!! Luca was exceptionally accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful trip for our group of 6 friends. It is a 10min walk to town with significant hills but thoroughly enjoyable!

We had a terrific stay - the property is beautiful! The villa has a magnificent view of Lake Como from both the ground floor patio and the upstairs balcony. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, plus a sitting area, dining room and full kitchen. There is a large patio with dining table and chairs off the sitting room that faces the lake. Upstairs is a larger bedroom with sitting area. a small bedroom and a fully updated and large bathroom. The view off the upstairs balcony is spectacular. You literally open your eyes in the morning to a view of the lake. The only downside upstairs is that while there’s a door to the small bedroom there is no door to the larger master bedroom, just a privacy curtain. This was no issue at all for us but just good to know. The villa was spotlessly clean and came with so many thoughtful amenities. There was a dishwasher and full size refrigerator in the kitchen and a washer dryer in the basement. The host provided coffee pods, milk, waters, prosecco, snacks and so many other thoughtful extras. The host is incredibly nice and helpful. They really had thought of everything to ensure the most pleasant stay possible in this lovely home. The villa is an easy walk from the town of Bellagio and we walked to town a couple of times each day. There is parking onsite and the property is gated and beautifully landscaped. Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Bellagio!

The location was stunning. The villa was impeccably decorated and cleaned. Luca is a conscientious host. He provided lovely amenities during our stay. I would go back and stay again. The location was perfection!

Beautiful Villa in an Amazing Location

We stayed here with friends in May and had a wonderful time. Luca and Mary were excellent hosts and very responsive to any needs we had. The location on Bellagio is excellent and within walking distance to two different markets and the town center.

Amazing villa

The property was great, clean and modern on the inside and beautiful gardens outside.

We loved the property, it was perfect for us. 10-15 min walk to town, clean, modern and safe (we have little kids) on the inside and the gardens are beautiful. The view is amazing and Luca was fantastic to deal with. I would go back anytime and recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely Amazing!!!!

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this property is. Perfect location, gorgeous grounds and really beautiful, modern,very comfortable space. Easy walk into the center of Bellagio, but just far enough from all the crowds. Luca was a perfect host and we loved absolutely everything about our stay. Can’t wait to return!!!

Our stay at this lovely home was fantastic! Mary and Luca thought of everything! The kitchen was well stocked. They left us treats like Prosecco, cookies, coffee, tea, and water. It was immaculately clean! And Luca was a delight to talk to and very helpful! We highly recommend this location. Quite possibly the best vacation rental we have ever experienced! And we have stayed in them all over the world. And wait until you see the fantastic view!
