Doris provided all of the necessary information plus some in a timely manner. Once there, Dawn, property manager, ensured we had everything we needed. The place was comfortable and equipped with all we required. I enjoyed visits from the monkeys, roosters and cats in the garden space in the mornings. The only draw back was that it is a 20 min walk to the beach.

Fantastic stay

The booking of the apartment was very easy and the owner was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions. The property manager Dawn was amazing and helped with any questions asked, and was very friendly. 1st class customer service. The only thing regarding this property and would recommend especially if a family, you will need to consider having a car to get around unless you are happy walking in the sun for 25 minutes to get to the beach, which is not ideal for kids. Would stay again and the pictures don’t do the property any justice, it is very well kept and very spacious (the kitchen is a lot newer than the pictures show)

Heavenly Vacation!

Such wonderful people to deal with, both the owner and the property manager. Fast friendly responses, helpful when needed. The property itself is exactly as shown in the pictures on VRBO with one exception. As my daughter said, the pictures don’t do it justice! A little difficult to find initially but truly, that was a bonus. It was lovely and quiet with no road noise, no exhaust fumes and absolutely no traffic yet a very short drive to very good restaurants and beaches. Reserve with confidence. Thank you for the “loan” of this beautiful condo. It would be my utmost pleasure to stay here again.

6 days without a/c in over 85-degree temperature

I stayed at this rental from July 26 to August 7. The unit is nice and clean and the local host (Dawn) was very responsive and accommodating. I booked the unit as we were a group of three and needed two bedrooms. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in one of the rooms was not functional for 6 days. The local person did her best to troubleshoot the problem and bring in servicemen to try and address the issue. The problem was finally resolved on Friday night, 6 days into my vacation and 5 days before I left. I appreciate all that Dawn did to try and address the issue but it was really inconvenient and uncomfortable. Firstly, we had to drag the additional cots into the master bedroom to sleep at night since it was unbearably hot in the room. It was so hot that I would bring the standing portable fan from the living room upstairs to try and ventilate the area so that I could take a shower. Every time I took a shower I still ended up hot and sweaty while trying to get dressed as the fan did not cool the room down but just moved the hot air around. I contacted the host/owner via the VRBO app on August 5 to ask if there was an “adjustment” or partial rebate to the rental price and have yet to hear back. Needless to say, I’m not impressed.

I apologize , but your message from yesterday did not reach me until this evening. I have been travelling and also having issues with the VRBO app the last days and have spent hours on the phone with them regarding another issue. There was neither email nor SMS notification that you msged me. I understand your frustration and have issued the requested refund. I am sorry that my only 4 year old air conditioning unit blew a circuit board in crop over time and it took so long to get the serviceman to come out and get a new one installed. I chose the air con unit and company that could provide the fastest service. sorry again for the inconvenience. Saying that there was no air con in your header is not true though.. there are 3 air conditioning unts in the apartment and only one stopped working for a few days until I bought a new one.

A great place to stay, the location is perfect, nice and quiet with fabulous neighbours, Lots of bird and crickets noise which I missed when I got back home.The house is great, everything you need is available. The filtered water/ice fridge is a bonus.The two rooms perfect, 1 Queen and 1 Twin both with own bathrooms, our shower wasn't working when we arrived but Dawn our wonderful host arranged a plumber the same day and was working by the end of his visit. A great response and Dawn was always readily available if we needed to ask any questions.We chose to not have a hire car and walked to the supermarket Massey (20mins) beach and main road to catch buses, for us the walk was just right but we did need a sun umbrella and eventually I embraced the sweat lol.The pool area is so good, I swam practically every day only 8m but 12m at a diagonal but as we didn't share it at all in 2 weeks I still managed to get in some good sessions.I'm hoping to return to work in Barbados, and this was the main reason to book a home and it really did work out perfectly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Springcourt Apartments

We stayed here for 11 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious clean and set in a quiet neighbourhood near a golf course. We walked down to the beach which took us about 20 minutes but it was a pleasant walk. The property has a good swimming pool as well. The contact with the owner and Dawn who met us at the property to welcome us in was very good. They also did some shopping for us before we arrived which was great . Thanks very much for an enjoyable stay in Barbados

Home away from home

My husband and friends were really happy with everything from the very beginning miss Dawn Smith was very nice she made sure we had all we needed for the vacation to be a complete hit! We will definitely come back again hopefully before the year is out and we would love for this place to be our choice second time around!!
