The Pearl 1002 is simply stunning!! Breathtaking views. Super clean, well maintained, beautifully appointed with all up to date features. Very comfy and clean beds & furniture. Perfect access to all things Navarre has to offer. The pool is probably the best out of all the other condo choices. Hosts are kind and respond quickly.

The property was nice. I wouldn’t book here again bc we didn’t care for the overbearing security by the pool.

Great unit with spectacular views

This is a great condo that just needs a few more modern touches to make it exceptional. The faucets, countertops, and flooring could use some updates but overall, this a great place to stay and was very clean upon our arrival. Elevators in the building are very fast, and we loved the location. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Good day Dylan, thank you for taking time out of your day to review the property. We are sincerely sorry to hear of the issue you dealt with during your stay. We know pests are not ideal and unfortunately with the climate we do see one here and there. We do show that the HOA came out and addressed the issue when it was reported. We do our best to get these issues taken care of as soon as reported and work with our HOA to ensure that does happen. We hope that despite that issue. you will give us another chance and come back to visit and allow us to show you are true 5-Star Gulf Coast Experience. Thank you, Your Southern Team
