We were very happy with this condo. Our only complaint is the dryer took a long time to dry clothes. The dryer vent might be obstructed.

We usually rent from individuals, it was a first for us dealing with a rental company. The host was very responsive and we received plenty of emails to educate us on what is available during our stay.

Nice Condo

The condo itself is very nice and in a great location. The cleaners need to take a little more time cleaning the condo and a few more extra towels would be nice as well. Other than those two small things, we would definitely stay again. We loved the facility and location.

First time to Navarre Beach

The area is beautiful! We had a lot of seaweed but that couldn’t be helped the area was nice and we loved the condo. We had a great time and will be back!

Quiet and relaxing

We spent the week of Christmas and enjoyed the break. The condo was very nice with great views. Clean, comfortable bed and sofa, well-stocked kitchen, fast elevator, and excellent location.

Outstanding!

This condo was unbelievable. High ceilings, amazing view of the water, so much space, comfy beds, super clean. Perfect location and the heated pool and hot tub was a plus. Easy beach access. Quiet even though it was a large condo building with lots of families staying. Reminder to bring basics like coffee filters, cooking oil, salt, pepper, laundry detergent. I hope we come back someday!

Great Condo

This place was fantastic and very comfortable. One of the largest bathrooms we've ever stayed in. The beach is beautiful, and the condo had everything we needed. The only issue, unrelated to the condo itself, was that the building had Direct TV and internet issues. It didn't work at all for the first 36 hours of our stay, which was over the weekend, and then it was spotty throughout the week but usually got fixed pretty quickly. Despite this, we would definitely stay again.

Amazing ocean views!

The view of the gulf from the balcony and master bedroom was simply amazing. Turquoise and azure blue water, soft rolling waves, and snowy white sand. The condo itself was very comfortable, with plenty of seating and the beds were incredibly soft and comfortable. Check in was easy since we had the door codes and didn’t need to do anything but go straight to my room. Having cabanas set up on the beach for our use was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Very happy with the condo, and I would not hesitate to book with the building or even this specific unit again.

Can't recommend honestly

The unit was very spacious, location is great, new appliances and the check-in/out process was easy. The pool was adequate and we had direct beach access and a beautiful view. To be fair we had the essentials. The worst part was the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and I continue to have back and neck pain due to that. The door keypad often did not work and required multiple code entries to unlock or didn't lock on the first try. The unit as a whole needs some updates! Multiple cabinets that do not match and are chipped, beat up furniture, falling down drapery and the sagging mattress. There were a few stains and mold spots in the corners of the shower, but overall it was clean, we had what we needed and still enjoyed our stay. However, I would not recommend and we will not stay there again. It was a very average rental property.

Awesome view

We enjoyed our stay here so much! We love to stay at The Pearl! The view was amazing and it was great to be so close to the beach. The condo was very clean and had just about everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and the condo decor was simple amd elegant. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would love to come stay here again.
