Perfect location to walk to restaurants and the pier. Condo was very clean and everything in working order. Pack a hair dryer if needed as one is not furnished. We loved it here and will stay again!

Relaxing getaway

Enjoyed staying here so much! Great location, not too high up so I loved sitting out on the deck! Walked to local restaurants and saw so many dolphins!

Beautiful View & Location

Ease of check-in/out, kitchen had all the necessities--bring your own spices and coffee filters. Only complaint is that the "sofa bed" was a bit of a stretch and quite uncomfortable for sleeps, but we made it work!

We love staying at the Pearl on Navare beach its the best. Had a great time on the beach and surf fishing. We will be back next spring.

Nice property. Great location! Grounds well kept. Enjoyed the stay. Not as clean as expected. Not enough towels and washcloths. Sheets were very wrinkled, giving the appearance of having been slept in instead of being freshly laundered.

Pearl Get-a-Way

Trip purpose was for relaxation. Enjoyed all the comforts of home in Condo 705. Wished for a better selection of prime seafood choices. Most were like fast food dinning.

Perfect

We wanted a vacation at the beach where we could just relax. Navarre Beach was perfect for this and our stay at the Pearl of Navarre was amazing! My husband has already asked that I book for next year! Being so close to the fishing pier is a huge plus also. My son loves that there was a gym with equipment other than a treadmill. The beautiful view and short walk to the beach made it for my daughter and I. Everything was just perfect, and as soon as I have end of school dates, I will be booking for next year.

Wonderful Experience

Condo was beautiful and exactly as described. Very thankful for the kitchen items, quantity of towels, and initial items for first day (dish detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc). We had one maintenance issue and I texted the number to get an immediate response and resolution within 24 hours. Great service and we will be back.

Nice with a few shortcomings!

The property itself was very nice! The issues we had were: the dishwasher was full of dishes when we got there, smudges all over the windows to the balcony, and the shower had sand all in the bottom of it. There was also no ice in the ice maker of the fridge. The property itself was as listed and we enjoyed our stay. However, it’s frustrating to pay the extra fees for cleaning services when the services aren’t applicable to your stay (as we experienced).

Nice Location

Property needs updating and better cleaning. Called to report. Everything was taken care of except broken bed. Property manager mentioned it had been reported weeks earlier... ? Unit could use bath rugs and blankets. Coffee filters so inexpensive would be nice to include. If unit had been clean upon arrival it would have been great. After 2 days of housekeeping visiting and maintenance of lights and fans. We did enjoy!

Dirty and broken balcony door latch

The property was not sanitized and cleaned to precocious conditions much less covid conditions. I would love the cleaning refund as this was a charge to me and I entered a dirty place. The floor in the kitchen was sticky and obviously had a spill prior to our arrival as there were visible stains not cleaned on the floor. Also, the last thing I expected to see were roaches in the dining room several times for our stay and I left the most recent one there so it could be found by housekeeping. There were also smaller roaches I had to kill in the master bathroom. Finally the pillow cases in the closet were stained with yellow spots and there were several public hairs found in the sheets. Finally, I have two small for their size special need boys and the door to the balcony would not latch. I had to put the chair in front of the door every night for their safety which was highly disappointed about since we were on the 7th floor. I have vacationed several times to Navarre and stayed in several different condos and this condo by was by far the worst condition I have ever been witness to. For over 1200 I expect better accommodations than this.
