Le numéro 12 est une maison de vacances indépendante de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains située au centre de la capitale de l'île, Portree. Cette grande maison peut accueillir 9 personnes confortablement. La maison est située dans un petit croissant de maisons similaires au large de la route principale. Le numéro 12 est à quelques pas du centre du village et du rivage (moins de 5 minutes) et est la base idéale pour explorer l'île. Un parking hors rue pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 voitures est disponible sur la grande allée pavée.
Cette location de vacances a une chambre familiale avec salle de bains (double et simple), une chambre avec lits jumeaux, une chambre avec salle de douche et WC adjacents et une autre chambre double au rez-de-chaussée également avec douche et WC adjacents.

Le numéro 12 a un chauffage central au fuel ainsi qu'un feu de charbon ouvert. Il y a un grand salon et une cuisine bien équipée avec salle à manger. Les clients sont également libres d'utiliser la grande arrière-garde

Beautiful 4BR home with plenty of space. Located near town center this home is perfect to use as a base on the Isle. Plenty of space for multiple cars. Wonderful restaurants nearby. But do make reservations as they can be busy. We would definitely stay at this home again in the future.

Nice location

House was conveniently located in town so close to store and restaurants. Plenty of parking for our two rental cars - a good base to tour around the Isle of Skye!Could not quite figure out the timing for the hot water in sinks - but at least the shower was hot.

A great house in a great location!

This is a fantastic house in the heart of Portree! If we had had the chance, we could have walked down to the harbor. It was very clean and had everything you would need!

Best place!

This property was great! There were four adults that stayed and plenty of room to spread out (but not overly big). The bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful. The town of portree is adorable but we mostly explored the surrounding areas. Parking is also very easy. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect home base in Skye

We had a lovely stay. We had more than enough space. We could easily walk to town from the home and there was a great yard for our kids to play. They even had a travel cot for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Trip

We had a wonderful time visiting my mother-in-law’s hometown of Portree. This home was in a perfect location and suited our family quite well. It was clean and cozy. Our host was very responsive and thoughtful. We’d recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy the Isle of Skye!

This property was the perfect spot for our family stay in Skye, safe, well-maintained, clean, and conveniently located. When we had a minor issue with an appliance, the owners responded immediately to our message and then went above and beyond to address our concern right away (which is so very difficult to do on Skye). Great quiet location. Nice to have a full house and yard to use.

We enjoyed our stay, and loved having a comfortable living room and dining area while we waited out the rain and a large backyard with a clothes line when it wasn’t raining! Located a short walk up the hill from the grocery store, it’s in very quiet neighborhood. We got spoiled with each having our own bathroom; the hot water is spotty for showers but even the teenagers didn’t mind.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a lovely stay in Portree. The harbour and next supermarket are just a couple of minutes away. Super parking space in front of the house. The 4 bathrooms came in very handy for the eight of us. Too bad, it was not possible for all 8 of us to have breakfast and dinner at one table but we managed.

Thank you for review of our property. Everything is within walking distance of the house, so that does help a lot. The table has sitting for 8. Mind you pending on sizes maybe it may have been a tighter fit than normal.
