Il est situé dans un quartier sûr, à un pâté de maisons de la plage! Cette unité au rez-de-chaussée est située dans l’une des quatre unités plus petites situées au rez-de-chaussée de la propriété. (personne au dessus de toi). Il dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un canapé en coupe et d'un grand salon.

Entièrement meublé, propre, mignon, récemment rénové, une chambre, une salle de bain, condo au rez-de-chaussée avec air climatisé central et laveuse et sécheuse superposables.

Il dispose d'une cuisine pleine grandeur rénovée avec un grand réfrigérateur, une cuisinière, un lave-vaisselle et un four micro-ondes en acier inoxydable. Il a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. casseroles, poêles, plats, cafetière, grille-pain, torchons, savons, serviettes de plage / de bain (4 de chaque), chaises de plage, une aire de pique-nique à quelques pas à l'extérieur avec des barbecues au gaz vous permettant de cuisiner le poisson frais que vous venez de manger. A l'internet haut débit et le câble avec une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces.

Situé à quelques pas des plages immaculées (à l'est) et de la voie navigable Intracoastal (à l'ouest).

We really enjoyed our stay at beach block bungalow. It had everything we were looking for. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with any necessities needed. self check in and out was great. We were two, I don’t know what the fold out couch is like Safe area, close to beach and shops Unit is older but well kept. Kitchen is small but good size fridge Nice family area Big closet. Small bathroom Plenty of parking Was a great value for the location. I would stay there again

I will never stay anywhere else when I come to south Florida!! The property was immaculate. The cleaning crew was very helpful. The owner responds almost immediately. Everything was clean and well stocked. Right by the beach a short walk to the pier and plenty of delicious restaurants! I will definitely return!!

Nice walkable to beach 1 bedroom apt

We very much enjoyed the location of this property. We were able to walk to a very nice public beach park and a very nice Tiki bar. Also, we enjoyed having the putting green outside our door. The unit was clean but some of the linens, and kitchen utensils (pots, fry pans, etc. could use updating. Also, we would have very much enjoyed having a TV in the bedroom. Would suggest a larger TV in the living room and moving the living room TV to the bedroom. The host was very responsive and we would stay here again.

Our Enjoyable Stay at Dan’s Place

We had a delightful stay at Dan’s place. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and a slightly longer stroll to the central Pompano Fishing Pier. While some of the beach supplies (like chairs) could benefit from a refresh, this minor inconvenience didn’t dampen our experience. The grounds are inviting and offer a private oasis for relaxation. Unlike most area hotels, parking is conveniently right there and included in your stay. From pre-check-in to check-out, Dan was consistently responsive and provided an appropriate level of interaction. We’re grateful, Dan, and we’ll definitely be back! 🌴🌊

Location, Location, Location!

This property is a "gem". It had everything we needed and was so very well located, close to our friends staying at the PB Beach Club and The Beachcomber! A 22 minute walk to Atlantic Blvd to the coffee hut, restaurants, bars etc. Being so walkable and leaving your car parked was added bonus. Dedicated parking also bonus. Putting green was fun and good way to warm up before our rounds. Having a kitchen was great allowing us to be able to have option of staying in for a meal or two while on holiday. Our Unit didn't have any tea towels but we assumed it was just missed in the overall linen for the unit. We simply bought a tea towel and left it -not a big deal. Dan left a very nice snack/fruit tray for us on arrival which was appreciated! Dan provided useful info about water taxi and local eateries. Overall we would recommend this VRBO and we would love to stay here again.

Excellent location!

We mostly enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the full kitchen. You really can't beat waking up in the morning, having a quick breakfast, and walking to the beach in less than 5 minutes. This place is furnished well with fun decor and nice, clean furniture. The washer and dryer allowed us to travel light and to wash the towels as needed. Everything appeared to be in great condition, although we were wishing for cleaner floors. Minor detail, I know, but there was an abundance of hair on the floors and some embedded in the fabric of the comfortable sheets. (Some appeared to be dog hair.) To make this a better stay, I would change out the bath towels and have a second beach chair available for guests. We did appreciate having the one chair to share, the beach umbrella, and we loved having the grill and the outdoor space, as well. As for noise, we are both light sleepers and could hear the neighbor's television and crying babies/toddlers. There were plenty of places to which we could walk and we used Lyft to get around on a few occasions. Thanks, Dan for an excellent vacation stay!

Host was very welcoming and accommodating. Bed in need of repair, frame falling apart. Outside was a mess upon arrival, got cleaned up after complaint. Barbeque grill not working upon arrival but was repaired, worked great after repair. Remote Heating thermostat turned on the TV, host changed out tv then worked fine. Thin walls between units. Very clean which mattered most, was OK overall. Very nice host, very responsive.

Clean, safe, and comfortable place very close to the ocean

The property is located within 5 minute walk from the wonderful Pompano Beach (btw we found this beach the best so far - pretty few people, very clean sand and water). It's a one-bedroom apartment in the bungalow of 4 such flats. We also had a parking place right in front of the building. The property has everything you need - a lot of beach towels, kitchenware, Internet, and TV with cable. The owner was responsive and answered all my questions almost immediately. A lot of stores and restaurants in the area. Overall, it was a great stay.

Great Beach Retreat.

Great accommodations. Plenty of space. Perfect kitchen and spacious living room. Pet friendly. Well appointed, clean, "beachy." Dan, the owner is a pleasure to deal with. Great for a long stay. Love the neighorhood. Outdoor barbecue. Just a block from beautiful Pompano Beach. Grocery shopping-Publix/Whole Foods-Pompano Citi Centre Mall (Macys/Sears/JCP/ Lowes) close by. Great kitesurfing, scuba diving and local dive shops offering tours (Shipwreck Park.) 2 golf courses a mile away. (The only Greg Norman designed municipal course in USA) Deep sea fishing fleet close by. Pompano Beach undergoing an incredible fishing pier renovation and adding restaurants and shopping. Look forward to coming back. Several great craft breweries as well. While we were there we went to "Old Town Untapped" apparently held on 1st Friday every month. Free craft brew samples, music, art and Food trucks.
