Fantastic beach location

The house is fantastic just across the road from the beach. The well stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook meals and the lift provides access to every floor.The house is well maintained and spacious. We would be happy to stay here again.

Booked this for Memorial Day weekend. In a great location near a lot of restaurants and shops. Plenty of room and seating for a large family. The private pool was the highlight of the week. Property managers were very communicative and friendly

The house was great! A perfect size for a large group. Great location for beach access. We really appreciated all the extras like bicycles, beach toys, pool table. And the pool was a big hit as well. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. Owners readily answered all questions and were very helpful.

Our family of 11 stayed here. Amazing location right across from the beach. The home had plenty of room with lots of comfy beds. The kitchen was fully stocked and the outdoor areas were. The highlight of our stay for the younger kids. We brought board games for rainy days and there was lots of space to spread out. The host was fantastic, easy to communicate with. Unfortunately the hot tub heater went out on the first day of our stay; however, Ron was great about having the pool company out ASAP and they were able to get everything in working order for us very quickly. We would definitely recommend this property to others and hope to stay here again in the future.

Overall, the property was good for my family. The pool needs some work. Filter system wasn't working properly and pool area could use an update and deep cleaning. The cloth blinds in the house should be replaced with easy to use blinds. Otherwise, the place was in a great location- close to everything. Great kitchen.

Thanks for the review and for staying with us! We’re happy to hear the location and kitchen hit the mark for your family, It is also a favorite of ours, along with the view! I realize when some people don’t have pools, they might not understand how they work….our pool filter is 6 months old, professionally serviced twice a week and working perfectly as it should. It is set to come on 9am-6pm. It does not run 24/7. We have all new Polywood furniture and fire pit outside. The silk window shades are custom to the house and are fully functional—though we understand not everyone vibes with high end features. Style is personal, after all. Thanks again, and we’re glad you had a great stay!

Perfect Vacation Home

This home is beautiful, and extremely comfortable with amenities galore and convenient to everything we needed. The home offers easy access to the beach, located directly across the street from the public beach entrance. It was perfect for our large group. We’ll definitely be renting this home again next year!

Great place to stay. Across the street from the Gulf. Awesome pool. Nice extras like beach chairs, bikes, pool table and large well stocked kitchen. 4 couples stayed here and had more than enough room. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation!

What a fabulous property to spend Thanksgiving, my father’s 90th birthday extravaganza and a family Iron Bowl Party!! We loved it! The Casa Tuscany was so spacious, plenty of room for a big family gathering and an amazing kitchen for the hub. The pool deck was a great place to visit, grill and relax! We look forward to booking this Casa again!!

Beautiful views and access to private beach!

The views from the decks were beautiful! The owners were super easy to get ahold of and very prompt with a response. The private beach access worked beautifully—the public beach was insanely crowded, so having access to an area with far less crowds was wonderful! We used La Dolce Vita to set our tents up each morning.

The home provided, our extended family of 9, a wonderful place to create memories that will last a lifetime. Pictures and description of listing are exact to actual. The home had good architecture/design; however the cleaning crew did not do as well. Two (2) of the bedrooms had sand under the covers/in the sheets. The floors needed to be mopped due to dirt and stains. Unfortunately, there was an electrical issue and the 2nd floor bedroom did not have power for 2 nights -family members did not have electricity for those nights. The host responded but unfortunately could not assist or accommodate us for the inconvenience during the time we stayed at the house. Overall, stay was okay.

Guest had multiple fans that they brought from home plugged in continuously tripping the breaker…..we asked them not to plug them in as each bedroom has ceiling fans. Guest also left house filthy causing housekeeping extra time to get it ready before next guest. Floors are vacuumed & mopped before each guest and all beds are changed with clean sheets. We have no issues or complaints about our housekeepers.

We fell in love with this house and everything it has to offer! It has the most beautiful, panoramic, unobstructed views of the sandy white beach and Gulf of Mexico!! Miramar Beach is not overcrowded like Destin beach. There are 3 stories of magnificent, custom details. There are master suites on each floor and an elevator to take you to each level. There is a private pool with hot tub, outdoor summer Viking kitchen with mini fridge, sink and travertine countertop and a fire pit for roasting marshmellows. There is also a pool table on the 1st floor and a gorgeous bar with wine cooler, ice maker, mini fridge, micro and coffee maker. There is a laundry room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Every detail was thought of when this Grand masterpiece was built!
It is 3 miles from Sandestin and the upscale Grande Boulevard Shops and so many amazing restaurants.
