Maravilla Resort Community à Destin, en Floride est une communauté fermée qui offre une belle grande plage privée, des courts de tennis, deux piscines, des installations de club house, des barbecues et un centre de fitness. La plage privée du complexe est 2. 5 acres de sucre sable blanc le long de la belle CÎte d'Emeraude du golfe du Mexique à Destin en Floride.


Le service de plage pour les parasols et chaises est inclus avec toutes les locations. Il y a un terrain de volley mis en place à la plage pour le plaisir des propriétaires et invités. Le service de plage loue également des kayaks et des planches de bodyboard. La piscine golfe avant est un favori des visiteurs Maravilla. La piscine de club house et le bain à remous sont chauffés pendant un temps plus frais.

June Vacation Week

The two bedroom property was clean, well appointed with a great kitchen, washer and dryer, across the street from a great beach, very comfortable and in a great location with very nice balcony views. Would stay there again and again.

Destin Spring Break

Nice location for our family Spring break. Beautiful view. The unit is clean, appointed as described and convenient to shopping, dining and the beach. Bonus points for being dog friendly. Responsive host (we didn't print a parking pass). Spent several days just lounging on the balcony people watching due to double flags and jellies. Would happily return.

Great Destin-ation!

This was a a really nice condo facing the ocean with an amazing ocean view! It had all the amenities you would need for your stay, was in a great central location, and was right across the street from a private beach entrance with beach chair service. Don't hesitate to book this one!

Really Nice Property!

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was updated and cozy and centrally located to our favorite restaurants and shopping areas. Never heard other dogs barking while in our condo. Thankful to have a place to bring our fur babies. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!

This unit was wonderful. Very comfortable furnishes and the view is amazing. From online to in-person, management was very quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Had a great week and hope to return. Missing it already!

The condo was clean and nice. A little crowded on back porch and living room due to too much and oversized furniture...but we moved things to the side and was better. The view from the patio was spectacular. We hope to come back in the spring.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was our first time staying at Maravilla and it was perfect for our family. Condo was extremely clean and had all of the things we needed. The added touches of hand soaps and nice paper towels was such a pleasant surprise. It really is the little things that make a difference. The condo location was perfect to the beach. The beach service with the chairs was so nice to not have to haul every time back and forth. Lastly, we brought our dog for the first time and this location is such a pet friendly area. This was again was an added bonus!

That ocean view

In short, we will be back! We loved absolutely everything about this condo. The convenient location close to restaurants and shops. Walk along the beach is priceless. Private beach with umbrella and chairs and parking is a huge plus. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with necessary items. Communication with owners was easy and their response was in a very timely manner. Time and money well spent.

Loved the view, condo, and location!

We loved our stay at 2405 in Maravilla complex. We have stayed in Maravilla several times, but this was the first time that we had a view directly facing the ocean. And it was definitely worth it. We love that there are several restaurants within walking distance, with Kenny D's being our favorite (it's a bit of a hole in the wall, but great food and fun). Everything was clean and as expected. Would definitely recommend this condo to my friends and woud rent in the future!

Great Vacation

Property is exactly what they show on pictures. I feel it was better in person. Very Clean, Comfort Beds, Kitchen stocked with everything. The View was so awesome. You can see view from the entire Condo. No issues, it all went as planned with Checking in and Out. Renters will email you back quickly and helpful. I will plan my next trip at the Condo. We stayed 7 nights. You can not get any closer to Ocean or view.

We have the best white sand beaches in the world, a resort community with 2 pools, tennis courts, fitness center and miles of biking/walking paths. There is so much to do in our area with the numerous golf courses, shopping, theatres, live entertainment, great restaurants, fishing and boating.
