Cette unité de 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain sur le golfe est située au 9Úme étage.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un accÚs au balcon privé et d'une salle de bain privée complÚte.

La deuxiĂšme chambre offre une reine et la troisiĂšme chambre dispose de deux lits doubles.

Cette unité pourra accueillir 8 personnes.

Il y a une salle de bain complÚte supplémentaire.

BEACH VACAY

We really enjoyed our stay..... great location, easy beach access, and spacious condo. Also family oriented complex that wasn't too busy. Ice maker didn't work nor did the TV but management was so helpful and friendly when I reached out and sent someone promptly. Thanks for an awesome vacation!

Great view.

Someone needs to find out what the smell was when we first went in. It was better after a while except for the front bedroom. I don’t know what it was but my friend stayed in there and she was very upset about it. It is very spacious and the furniture was good. The tv in the kingside bedroom did not have any batteries in the remote.

Alabama girls vacation

Nice. Was a little disappointed that they left paint cans in kitchen psntry and also closet where air conditiong unit was. Remideled kitchen. Stove had gap behind it about 2 inches from wall. Great views of gulf from patio. We were there when Hurricane Frances hit Mobile. Lits of rain. Had a goid time though

Family vacay

The condo was perfect and very roomy for my family of 6. The property manager responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns. The mattress in one of the rooms was a little hard and the bed skirts are a little worn. But besides that no other complaints. Easy quick access to the beach. And also the kitchen came equipped with everything you would need to cook with. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect condo for our family vacation! We enjoyed how quiet and not crowded the complex was on Memorial Day weekend. The condo itself was the perfect size for our family and our 20 month old grandson loved the fish decor! Our only complaint would be how uncomfortable the queen bed was. Definitely need a new mattress in that room! Other than that, it was a perfect stay for us.

Great location, not a great condo

Upon arrival they were still cleaning our unit. We had to wait about an extra 10 minutes.. no big deal but would have been nice to have a heads up so we weren’t standing there with our luggage we had already unloaded from the car. You only get one parking pass with your stay so if you have two vehicles you have to pay $55 extra. Unit was not very clean, there were spills behind the nightstand that were sticky. Wrappers under beds. Primary TV bedroom did not work our entire stay even though I brought it up in email and text and they said they would get back with me. Dryer didn’t have a handle half of our stay then magically that got fixed? So someone came in and we were never notified. Dusty shelves, mold in blender. Shaker cup was used and never washed before our stay so who knows if any of the other dishes were dirty. “Beach gear” is just anything anyone has left behind for the next person. Overall the location was great, but I would not stay here again. Reached out to liquid life about all of this and never got a response.

The condo itself was great. It is exactly as shows. The beds & pillows were comfy! The location is a good area too because we were able to just drive 3 minutes both ways to multiple restaurants, stores & shops! The condo has a closet of beach items like toys, chairs & floats so that was very nice to have as an extra! The company who manages the condo is the only downfall & didn’t make the stay easy & relaxing but that’s outside of the condo itself & a separate review

The condo was very nice and roomy for a family of 6. Kitchen could be a little better stocked with cooking supplies. The mattresses in the master and queen room are really bad. Need updates. Hard as a rock. Overall, very nice condo! Very clea.

Property as advertised; Terrible management company

Property was fine. Location good and no issues with the property itself. The management company, Liquid Life, was terrible. I’ll never rent another place that’s managed by them. An extra parking pass for a single night of the three night trip was going to cost $60 extra — no thanks. When they say check in is after 3:00pm, they mean AFTER 3:00pm. Whoever the college intern they had running their text messages for check in needs to be fired immediately — total jerk. Will never deal with this company again and will encourage others to deal with other management companies as well.

Wish it was longer

Overall everything was great! I did have a complaint of a broken glass dresser, reported and they said they would send maintaince out. That never happened and was very broken that my toddler grab a piece of glass and it fell and cut his foot, thankfully i came prepared with skin glue. We also had a sick kiddo and had a vomiting episode mid sleep and no sheets to replace them. And last no broom at all. We had so much sand and couldn't keep it out of the beds.

Beautiful views, outdated condo

This condo offered beautiful views but was very outdated. The furniture on the balcony was mostly broken. There was a see through curtain in the bedroom and it was very hard to sleep.

Good location. The condo could've been cleaner. There was someone's earring under the bed, hair in the bathroom drawer, and a whole drawer full of someone else's clothes. I informed the property company who said they would notify housekeeping. Beach was easily accessible.

Very unhappy

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pictures are old. Master bath had a leak which resulted in having very loud blowers running 24/7 and cords stretched out all across the bathroom. Basically lost use of master bath. Workers had to come check blowers daily, resulting in not being able to plan much for not knowing when they were coming. Workers opened bathroom door on my daughters without knocking.not once, BUT TWICE! One was on toilet first time and one in shower the next. Not enough towels for guests booked. Electrical outlet with no cover, floors were dirty upon arrival,old uncomfortable mattresses, tiles on balcony missing...I could go on and on. Old and in need of update. Definitely did not get what I paid for. Would not recommend, and will never use Liquid Life again.

Wonderful view

Ocean side balcony view was the best, especially when you wake up and have coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins swim, it's breath taking! It's very spacious, and more than enough room for my family and I. I will definitely recommend this property!

Labor Day Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great condo. The size is wonderful. Some problems.Need to replace the toaster. The A/C did not work correctly, although the Liquid Life Co took care of it.The sliding doors in BR did not work, the ones on the Living Room did not close properly thus creating a warm zone.Had to replace the batteries in remotes.Liquid did not supply the correct codes even when texted.If not for the Security Guard - a wonderful woman- we could not have gotten the code or an additional parking pass.I would recommend this property, but just slightly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a relaxing stay in this condo. The view was amazing! There were a couple of things that needed to be done to the condo. The framing around the door was missing and there was no internal lock to keep the door closed to kids. My younger kids easily got out multiple times without our permission because there was no way to lock the door from the inside. the balcony doors were hard to open and close.

Relaxing week

It was a nice condo with a nice big balcony with really nice furniture to sit on. My daughter loved all the mirrors everywhere. Ha! It was great for a relaxing week on the beach. Not a far walk to the beach either.
