The beach view was stunning. Easy access to the beach. Very clean. Fast elevator. Very spacious rooms. Well stocked. Close to restaurants. Host was quick to respond. Maintenance responded quickly, although problem wasn’t able to be fixed. I would give the place an 8.5 or 9 rating for the following issues. 1. Issues were the bed made a loud noise when we sat on it or rolled over. Maintenance tightened the frame, but it didn’t help. The issues was in the box springs or the plastic zippered mattress cover that totally enclosed the mattress. I know those are necessary to prevent bed bugs, but needed a better one. 2) The living room couch made the same noise every time you sit on it. Very annoying and caused restless sleep. 3) the ice machine made ice slowly and it would make giant clumps once it sat in the ice maker. We finally just bought a bag of ice.

Ice maker wasn't workings correctly.All the Teflon sauce pans and Saute pans need to be thrown away and replaced...They were all scratched up and unusable.Other then that it was perfect

We arrived at the condo and had an issue with the code getting in. The customer service agent had the property manager phone us and the issue was prompted resolved. That evening, we opened the sofa bed and the cushions had stains and there was no bedding. I texted the manager and he kindly said that housekeeping would bring sheets. They never came. So we went out and purchased sheets for the sofa bed. The furniture, including the sofa bed, is very old. The chairs have rips in them. The bathtub had rust around the handles and overall, we felt this condo needed a lot of work.

Great place

We stayed for a week. The place was in a great location and wasn’t too big or too busy. We would have loved a hot tub but we knew it didn’t have one when we booked our stay. It was clean and in a great location.

What a view!

Can’t say enough about the view, it was spectacular! We saw dolphins from our balcony many times. The beds were comfortable, plenty of seating, nice to have a dining table. The deck was spacious and had a good amount of furniture. Sunrises and sunsets can be seen right from the deck. Beautiful white sand beach and miles of shoreline for a walk on the beach. Do wish we had a “swiffer” instead of just a broom to sweep the sand off of the floor. Did I mention the view? Amazing.

Great place on the beach

My family of four really enjoyed our weeks stay here. This condo is in the perfect spot for either enjoying the beach or finding a close place to eat. The beds are comfortable and the deck is large. The only thing I would suggest is that the owner needs to let renters know that if they are planning on cooking anything then they need to be sure and bring some things like salt and pepper, Pam, and foil. Would definitely stay here again!!

This property is exactly how the pictures show, a fun little beachside condo perfect for small to medium sized groups. Beach access is absolutely amazing and super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the stay

Enjoyed our stay with family (4 adults). Checking in was easy in and out. Everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked but we thought the eating utensils could be more sturdy. The balcony was spacious and has a lovely view of the beach.

My only issue was with Vacasa. being the host. We stayed Oct 9-15. Upon arrival, the toilet in the master bath constantly ran and made a loud whistling noise and would not flush. We contacted Vacasa every day, via text and phone and was told they would fix it the next day. No one came as of Friday, 4 days later, when the hall bath started leaking water onto the floor. I found a local Vacasa address, drove to that location, told them about the toilet issues and by the time we arrived back to the condo, they fixed the water leak in the hall bath but did not fix the master bath toilet! I went back to the local office, and someone finally came back and fixed the master toilet 1 day prior to us leaving. We love Romar Tower and the condo we usually stay in was booked, so we tried a Vacasa host condo. Never again will I stay in a Vacasa host condo. I had a prior bad experience with Vacasa several years ago but thought it might have been a one time deal. The condo we normally stay in is not a Vacasa host condo and anytime we had an issue, however small, someone was there within the hour. I am sorry for the owners of this condo as it is a nice condo, but any issues that arise are not addressed in a timely manner with Vacasa being the host. Vacasa did reimburse us one night stay for "all the trouble" but I would rather had the toilets been functional. Vacasa, your lack of addressing issues is unacceptable..especially it being toilets.......

Great location & spacious condo

This condo was clean & kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of room for 4-6 people. Great view from balcony. Only downside was lots of renovations going on although construction crew were very respectful & courteous. The noise was never early in the morning so it really didn't bother us during our stay. The toilet in the Master Bath wouldn't cut off so I texted Vacasa to let them know. They never got back to me and then I realized the original message never got delivered. So I resent it and they immediately responded and asked if they needed us to come fix it. At this point we were at the end of our trip so I just told them never mind but to please fix it for the next family. Other than that, no complaints & we would stay here again.

LOVE THIS CONDO

We had a great time in Orange Beach, AL. First time visiting. The kitchen was fully stocked for a cook like me. Of course, we did eat out a few times. There were definitely enough towels, but good thing we brought our beach towels because there were no beach towels. Location is great; not far from Gulf Shores. The view of the gorgeous beach was something else. The master suite was really large and the guest room was good size. Also want to mention that the bed mattresses were NOT hard as previous reviews stated. We thought they were very comfortable. It was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. We would definitely stay here again.
