Drive several hours to a property, then you have to drive another 20 plus minutes to pick up the key then 20 minutes to the Condo only to do it all over again at the end or be threatened with a 25.00 fee if the key is not returned.Power cords would fall out of the sockets if you did not move furniture to hold them in place. You pay a cleaning fee and yet are left with a list of things you have to do before departure.Spent 56.00 for and extra parking pass only to see others using the lot with no additional parking pass. The view is 5 star from this unit, however the unit is very dated compared to other units I seen there, as we had 5 units in total.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We appreciate you highlighting both the positives and the areas where your experience fell short. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful view from the unit, and we appreciate your recognition of that feature. However, we sincerely apologize for the frustrations you experienced with the key pickup process, parking concerns, and the condition of some of the unit’s features. We understand how inconvenient it can be after a long drive to have additional stops before reaching your destination. We also appreciate your comments regarding the dated condition of the unit and the concerns with the electrical outlets. Your feedback has been shared with our management and maintenance teams for review so these items can be addressed. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We value your input and will use it to continue improving the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother and more enjoyable stay in the future.

Wonderful Place to Stay

512 Harbour Place is a 97 out of 100 for a beach front condo. The balcony view of the beach can't be beat! We loved the cleanliness of the condominium's pool, hot tub, parking areas and boardwalk. It is a wonderful place to stay! when the owners replace that worn out recliner it will be a 100 out of 100!

Great two bedroom place for our family of four. Beach front access to a beach that was not crowded. Great beach view from the balcony. Seafood store across the street will sell you fresh steamed shrimp by the pound, and fish you can cook in the condo.

Very nice! Love the ocean view especially from the bed!

Nothing better then waking up the soothing sound of the ocean waves hitting the warm sand of the beautiful white beach! Very nice condo, just the right size for us and our 2 grandchildren. The kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor swimming pool. The only complaint we would have is the deck area around the outside pool was small and not many places to sit, but being a smaller complex it was never crowed. We will definitely be going back to this unit.

Smaller than it looks

The condo was conveniently located on Orange Beach. The condo has a nice layout but the pictures make it seem a lot larger than it really was. The second bedroom is pretty small and cramped. All in all we had a great time and loved being right in the beach though!

Great Unit with Two Nits

Unit looks out on Gulf. Older building but well kept and great location. Two nits - would be 5 Star otherwise * Keys seemed to barely fit in lock - property manager came out and lubricated it and said they would replace it * Minimal supplies - single rolls of paper towels and toilet tissue
